We took advantage of the hot breskfast buffet . It was free with our room booking but even if not included was very reasonably priced, was fresh and tasted yummy!. The rooms were well stocked with amenities, clean, a working TV, and plenty of plush towels in the tidy, stocked washroom. The front counter staff were pleasant, helpful and were able to answer questions regarding the Anchorage area. While here, there was a service problem with one of the two elevators (out of the 3 of 5 nights we stayed here). Patience was definitely needed during busy times. Overall, enjoyed our stay here and will certainly stay at a Hilton again in the future.

LOVED LOVED LOVED this hotel. We booked here last minute (as in the same day) due to canceled travel due to avalanche, they managed to fit us in and gave us an early check in. The staff are absolutely amazing, everyone we met who worked there had great customer service. The girl who checked us in was amazing and so sweet. We also loved the bar and the staff that worked there were so lovely too. The room was nice and comfortable too

We love the location, very easy to get around the downtown area from the hotel. Close to lots of restaurants and shops. This was our 2nd stay and very happy with both of our stays. We have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful/

Even tho we were there for one night only, they kept our luggage the whole next day because we had a late night flight. We also stayed in a lobby for some time, they offered us a free shuttle to airport. Room was clean, we were really satisfied with all.

Beds were extremely comfortable. Deep bathtub. Quiet location but next to shops and restaurants. Near airport which was convenient, especially with a free shuttle service with very friendly and helpful drivers. Needed transport to get into the city but buses stop right outside the hotel. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone.

Perfect location close to the airport with free shuttle service. Not noisy and certainly doesn't disturb your sleep. Very reasonably priced. If you are an aviation geek then this is the place for you. The hotel is aviation themed with great pictures, it is right next to a big seaplane base and the Anchorage Aviation museum is a 30 min walk. The staff were all very friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean. We stayed for a day prior to our departure and this hotel was a lot better than the one we used on arrival.
