The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The receptionist and assistant manager really helped us a lot with improving our booking, these two ladies were very cordial and helpful. The "happy hour" at the end of the afternoon was a pleasant surprise; the food and drinks offered were of good quality. Breakfast on the next day was crowded and tasty, with varied choice of hot and cold foods. The connection to the motorway is easy, the hotel is close to the airport and amenities in the city.

We must commend T for helping a gentleman change his tyre one night we saw him under a car helping out. Just a fabulous place to stay, safe area you can walk everywhere and next door is Eds with well priced food that will meet all your Souther food needs.

It was quiet to rest. Everything I needed was provided - an iron, a hair dryer, extra sheets and towels. Pleasant and hospitable staff. The room was clean, as were the linens. But the decor already requires some interior refreshing. It's quite suitable for a simple stay and a place to stay for a few days.

The Riverwalk was gorgeous with all the Holiday lights.

The Riverwalk was gorgeous with all the Holiday lights. We went specifically to see it since it ended this weekend. We weren't disappointed. We enjoyed The Chart House at the Tower of the Americas and Landry's on the Riverwalk.

This is a very nice hotel located conveniently to restaurants and the interstate. The facilities are very nice and the room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and quiet. Even though we were close to the interstate, we didn't hear any road noise. The TV was located in the middle of the room with the bed on one side and a sofa on the other. The only way you could look directly at the TV was sitting at a desk in front of it which was inconvenient.

Room was big an clean Only complaints I have are that there were only two towels -one wash cloth-one hand towel for a room that had double beds. Not enough! Also the bathroom n vanity just really looked run down. Rust or something was in vanity. Also the bathroom door dirty needed cleaned or repainted. Also ceiling of bathroom has lots of dust clusters.

This motel looked very inviting on the pictures on booking.com, but in reality this motel is a dump! This motel is made for truckers, hookers, and one night stands! It is not made for families. As soon as I walked in my room I knew that I made a wrong choice!

Truly one of the most beautiful cities in the US.

Truly one of the most beautiful cities in the US. If only every city in this country would have more of walkable, pedestrianized, lively neighborhoods such as the River Walk or Pearl district. A weekend is barely enough to scratch the surface; San Antonio is the kind of place you don't just visit as a tourist, but stay as long as you can to enjoy the quality of day-to-day life.

Booked a king size bed with a hot tub.

Booked a king size bed with a hot tub. Only problem besides the room smell was there was NO HOT TUB! I booked for my daughter's wedding night. Management did not correct or attempt to help. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

The Best Western Plus at Elmendorf is set right off the highway but because it is among tall trees, it was nice and quiet. The rooms are well-appointed and clean and there is not a lot of noise from other guests. While I only stayed one night for business, the facilities looked great and the staff was friendly and helpful.

It is a beautiful city, it is was my second time there.

It is a beautiful city, it is was my second time there. The city was amazing with the Christmas lights and the decorations. Riverwalk is beautiful, we also went to Six Flags with the teenagers and we had a great time. Do not miss The Pearl area, with lots of restaurants and the beautiful Hotel Emma with one of the most beautiful bars I have ever seen.
