The hotel was good with special touches that make a difference. The room and bathroom were spacious & very comfortable. Each day snacks were provided in reception, and coffee in the morning and water and beer in the evening. Snacks were delicious olives, cheese & bread, also fruit. The location was exceptionally close to the Riverwalk and other attractions, and also close to public transport. A great breakfast was included.The staff were willing and helpful.

It was quiet to rest. Everything I needed was provided - an iron, a hair dryer, extra sheets and towels. Pleasant and hospitable staff. The room was clean, as were the linens. But the decor already requires some interior refreshing. It's quite suitable for a simple stay and a place to stay for a few days.

It is a very interesting and fun place to visit.

It is a very interesting and fun place to visit. The history is incredible. You have to remember that the city is over 300 years old. The mission trail is worth visiting and the Alamo is the crowned jewel. The riverwalk is fun with the restaurants and mariachis. Once you leave the downtown area, there is Fiesta Texas and Sea World which are great places for the young and old alike. There is tons of shopping, restaurants, bowling, you name it. It's a great place!

This is a very nice hotel located conveniently to restaurants and the interstate. The facilities are very nice and the room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and quiet. Even though we were close to the interstate, we didn't hear any road noise. The TV was located in the middle of the room with the bed on one side and a sofa on the other. The only way you could look directly at the TV was sitting at a desk in front of it which was inconvenient.

This motel looked very inviting on the pictures on booking.com, but in reality this motel is a dump! This motel is made for truckers, hookers, and one night stands! It is not made for families. As soon as I walked in my room I knew that I made a wrong choice!

Our stay was good. Location was good-right off the highway. Had nice pool n fitness center. Staff was really nice. Room was big an clean Only complaints I have are that there were only two towels -one wash cloth-one hand towel for a room that had double beds. Not enough! Also the bathroom n vanity just really looked run down. Rust or something was in vanity. Also the bathroom door dirty needed cleaned or repainted. Also ceiling of bathroom has lots of dust clusters.

The rooms where nice and clean, very modern. The whole hotel in itself was. The rooms where also very spacious. The beds very comfy! But on the other hand..........The pools water was green🤢. It was dirty and the kids could not enjoy it! The staff was meh😑 not friendly nor mean just there..... really no interaction or "care" they did there job and that's it! Upon check in the young man at the counter spoke maybe 3 words to me.. lol gave me the room keys and that was about it. Did not even validate it was me or ask for my debit card and explain the hotel as front desk usually do upon check in. Upon check out, I checked out at 6am. The front desk lady was asleep in the back and took her a while to notice I was standing in the front desk. She said not one word to me and handed me the receipt, when I asked " is that all?" She said "yes" and that was it...

San Antonio isn't a great place to stay at all. San Antonio was ugly and full of bums and hobos. It had many ugly places, and it is not worth the stay. People in San Antonio were rude, and I don't recommend coming at all.

Booked a king size bed with a hot tub. Only problem besides the room smell was there was NO HOT TUB! I booked for my daughter's wedding night. Management did not correct or attempt to help. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

The Best Western Plus at Elmendorf is set right off the highway but because it is among tall trees, it was nice and quiet. The rooms are well-appointed and clean and there is not a lot of noise from other guests. While I only stayed one night for business, the facilities looked great and the staff was friendly and helpful.

So I paid for 7 nights and ended up staying an extra night...

So I paid for 7 nights and ended up staying an extra night that I did pay for but the next day came and there arose the issues. I just knew something was going to happen by the way the staff never checked on us or the room. They didnt clean the rooms and had the nerve to short me on my deposit after I jus paid for another day. If I'm suppose to follow protocol then why are they not abiding by their own rules/policies? The manger working the front desk allowed me to leave to go get the money but she Didn't Specify A TIMEFRAME FOR ME TO BE BACK and it was a little after 3 once I returned but the room was already charged to my card. So basically they tried to charge me $35 late fee on top of paying 50/room night which was a total for 2 nights totaling 100. So because the front desk people want to argue about bullshit instead of correcting/allowing the day I paid for today instead of tomorrow. And then when it came time to get my money back from deposit, she deducted the $35 from my 50$ cash and then gave me 15$ back. Horrible customer service and misleading. Not to mention, the lady that inspected the room, tried to tell me I broke one of the cabinets off the bed set. That is when I lost it ... Accused me of stealing and then had to apologize after she talked to her boss.... I won't return here but no one in my opinion should even check in there. They also catorized the customers and they believe in the Customer is never right slogan. Do better or shut it down.
