The hotel was good with special touches that make a difference. The room and bathroom were spacious & very comfortable. Each day snacks were provided in reception, and coffee in the morning and water and beer in the evening. Snacks were delicious olives, cheese & bread, also fruit. The location was exceptionally close to the Riverwalk and other attractions, and also close to public transport. A great breakfast was included.The staff were willing and helpful.

This motel looked very inviting on the pictures on booking.com, but in reality this motel is a dump! This motel is made for truckers, hookers, and one night stands! It is not made for families. As soon as I walked in my room I knew that I made a wrong choice!

Our stay was good. Location was good-right off the highway. Had nice pool n fitness center. Staff was really nice. Room was big an clean Only complaints I have are that there were only two towels -one wash cloth-one hand towel for a room that had double beds. Not enough! Also the bathroom n vanity just really looked run down. Rust or something was in vanity. Also the bathroom door dirty needed cleaned or repainted. Also ceiling of bathroom has lots of dust clusters.

This is a very nice hotel located conveniently to restaurants and the interstate. The facilities are very nice and the room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and quiet. Even though we were close to the interstate, we didn't hear any road noise. The TV was located in the middle of the room with the bed on one side and a sofa on the other. The only way you could look directly at the TV was sitting at a desk in front of it which was inconvenient.

The rooms where nice and clean, very modern. The whole hotel in itself was. The rooms where also very spacious. The beds very comfy! But on the other hand..........The pools water was green🤢. It was dirty and the kids could not enjoy it! The staff was meh😑 not friendly nor mean just there..... really no interaction or "care" they did there job and that's it! Upon check in the young man at the counter spoke maybe 3 words to me.. lol gave me the room keys and that was about it. Did not even validate it was me or ask for my debit card and explain the hotel as front desk usually do upon check in. Upon check out, I checked out at 6am. The front desk lady was asleep in the back and took her a while to notice I was standing in the front desk. She said not one word to me and handed me the receipt, when I asked " is that all?" She said "yes" and that was it...

I shared my stay time between Lackland AFB and San Antonio. However, San Antonio is truly a beautiful city with lots of attractions, deep history, great food and friendly people. If your bord in San Antonio your just not trying, so start at the River Walk and just let the rest of the experience happen!

The Best Western Plus at Elmendorf is set right off the highway but because it is among tall trees, it was nice and quiet. The rooms are well-appointed and clean and there is not a lot of noise from other guests. While I only stayed one night for business, the facilities looked great and the staff was friendly and helpful.

the staff here are so rude. my best friend is vary sick like she only has a few days left to live any the staff did not give a shit that she was sick an could not do much on her own an when she asked if they could wait for me to get back they told her in the mosted messed up way.. so disrespectful an told my best friend "to bad sounds like a personal problem" an told her to hurry the hell up she didnt have all day.. my best friend is now suffering because she had to walk a far distance.
