Loved our stay at the Drury Inn. Great breakfast and free dinner included with drinks - I wasn't expecting that. The location is excellent, right on the river walk close to everything. Best of all was the customer service by everyone, especially the front desk. Highly recommend.

Upon arrival we were checked in by Carl on the front desk who was super friendly and helpful, he gave us lots of amazing recommendations! The room was spacious, comfortable and felt very luxurious. We treated ourselves to room service a few times and the food was great. All the staff were so friendly and attentive, we did unfortunately have an issue with valet - however Zoe at the front desk immediately solved this for us and couldn’t have been more helpful! All the staff at the front desk were incredible! Such a lovely hotel and amazing experience, we’d absolutely stay here again!

It was quiet to rest. Everything I needed was provided - an iron, a hair dryer, extra sheets and towels. Pleasant and hospitable staff. The room was clean, as were the linens. But the decor already requires some interior refreshing. It's quite suitable for a simple stay and a place to stay for a few days.

Yes a must see.

Yes a must see. River walk, Excellent restaurants, and superb customer service. Alamo make sure you see the movie Alamo before or after you go. Museum is fantastic and you will really know what everything’s about if you can watch the movie first. Ending the day by going over to the park at 9 o’clock and watch a light show on the church about the history. Excellent ending to great day.

This is a very nice hotel located conveniently to restaurants and the interstate. The facilities are very nice and the room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and quiet. Even though we were close to the interstate, we didn't hear any road noise. The TV was located in the middle of the room with the bed on one side and a sofa on the other. The only way you could look directly at the TV was sitting at a desk in front of it which was inconvenient.

This motel looked very inviting on the pictures on booking.com, but in reality this motel is a dump! This motel is made for truckers, hookers, and one night stands! It is not made for families. As soon as I walked in my room I knew that I made a wrong choice!

Our stay was good. Location was good-right off the highway. Had nice pool n fitness center. Staff was really nice. Room was big an clean Only complaints I have are that there were only two towels -one wash cloth-one hand towel for a room that had double beds. Not enough! Also the bathroom n vanity just really looked run down. Rust or something was in vanity. Also the bathroom door dirty needed cleaned or repainted. Also ceiling of bathroom has lots of dust clusters.

The rooms where nice and clean, very modern. The whole hotel in itself was. The rooms where also very spacious. The beds very comfy! But on the other hand..........The pools water was green🤢. It was dirty and the kids could not enjoy it! The staff was meh😑 not friendly nor mean just there..... really no interaction or "care" they did there job and that's it! Upon check in the young man at the counter spoke maybe 3 words to me.. lol gave me the room keys and that was about it. Did not even validate it was me or ask for my debit card and explain the hotel as front desk usually do upon check in. Upon check out, I checked out at 6am. The front desk lady was asleep in the back and took her a while to notice I was standing in the front desk. She said not one word to me and handed me the receipt, when I asked " is that all?" She said "yes" and that was it...

San Antonio is such a unique city.

San Antonio is such a unique city. I have never seen anything like the River Walk anywhere else - it is always bustling - any night of the week, and there are multiple places with live music. We also enjoyed the Pearl, the Alamo, the Shops at Rivercenter, and the Historic Market Square.

The Best Western Plus at Elmendorf is set right off the highway but because it is among tall trees, it was nice and quiet. The rooms are well-appointed and clean and there is not a lot of noise from other guests. While I only stayed one night for business, the facilities looked great and the staff was friendly and helpful.

San Antonio is great, except for the traffic.

San Antonio is great, except for the traffic. Great Food can be found all over San Antonio, not just the Riverwalk. Whiskey Cake is phenomenal, Lulu's is great. and so many more. So if you go get out and explore.
