I loved how spacious the the room was. Full kitchen and king size bed are super comfortable! I would love to have a pillow like theirs. I can't think of anything negative to say🙂 I RECOMMEND!

This by far was an amazing hotel! Absolutely spotless and extremely comfortable! I did have makeup stains on my duvet cover but I didn’t use it anyways. Other than that…..it was a perfect night! The bed……omg……like sleeping on a cloud!

Such a characterful property. The tea/ coffee facilities on the ground floor were ideal and our welcome goodies an unexpected delight. Bradley was a warm and welcoming host. Of particular note were the superb breakfasts, best we’ve had anywhere. Each morning Bradley served a freshly baked savoury dish, freshly baked cake, lovely mixed fruit and exceptionally good coffee. We are already plotting our return visit.

Clean , fresh smell in rooms and beds , the lady manager was very supportive and pleasant personality. The bath tub was clean and hot water shower was soothing. Coffee was available in the room and air conditioning was good . Restaurants were on walking distance and I got Chinese food delivered to my room . A backyard with chairs to sit and smoke or have breakfast . I recommend a pleasant family stay at reasonable rate .

We visited to see Niagara Falls and were absolutely thrilled...

We visited to see Niagara Falls and were absolutely thrilled by the experience—seeing the falls was an incredible highlight! We stayed nearby at the Hyatt hotel, which was very nice and incredibly convenient, located just 0.3 miles away right next to the state park. The next morning, we easily walked right over to visit the falls.  What I liked most about the hotel was definitely this perfect location. The hotel itself is decent—not too luxurious, but not bad at all, and honestly, I have no complaints. As a nice surprise, they also provided a complimentary breakfast, though I wasn't entirely sure if it was already included in my booking. The only area for improvement is that the room could have been a bit cleaner, and it would be a great touch if they added a light, fresh fragrance to the rooms.

This property is a wonderful place to stay in Buffalo.

This property is a wonderful place to stay in Buffalo. From the moment we arrived, the valet staff and front desk team were welcoming, helpful, and professional. Our room was spotless and cozy—perfect for me and my two teenage grandchildren. Even though the hotel was packed because of college move‑in week, the service never faltered. Breakfast was absolutely yummy, and the whole stay felt easy and enjoyable. We’ll be back for sure.

The price was okay the location is excellent it's right next...

The price was okay the location is excellent it's right next to a major Mall, movie theater, food, Car Wash, it's definitely good area ,but it just was not clean, where it should be. When you walk in it's spacious, I like how when you walk in it's nice and spacious and an awesome water fountain, but even the revolving door is raggedy and then the handicap entrance is raggedy. Bottom line, it just should be kept up much better and it will be awesome place.

Worst Marriott ever poor management, filthy, AC did not work in two rooms . Management non responsive, staff deplorable, hotel under remodel and literally a mess inside and outside. Rooms were not cleaned one single day, had to beg for towels. All consumers AVOID this hotel like the plaque! This is not a Marriott hotel it was sold to another company and it shows everything about this location is deplorable. AVOID this location! Just be sure to read all of the negative reviews already posted by others.

Staff was dishonest and cleanliness was horrid. Our refrigerator was dirty, stuff stuck all over the inside. Staff attempted to steal my daughter's blanket and then lied about. Will never stay there again nor recommend to anyone

All great. Aldi's close by. Also Top's grocery. Lots of restaurants. Just down the road a bit to Our Lady of Victory Bacilica in Lackawanna and the Botanical Gardens almost across from the OLV Bacilica. Quiet. Safe.

Horrible customer service. Dirty rooms. There was alot of bugs in the room, pubic hair, long hair everywhere, smelled of mold and mildew. Shower didn't work properly, toilet wouldn't flush. Charged a much higher rate due to the employees being new and they made the error, in which we were wronged for the mishap. I would never recommend nor stay in the facility again. Horrible customer service

The room was extremely small and the place is run down and dirty. The maid was very pleasant and working hard but overall it needs major updates. Could have paid the same price elsewhere and been much more comfortable. Would not recommend this place ever.

We were supposed to meet our driver for the Canadian Side 4...

We were supposed to meet our driver for the Canadian Side 4 hour Deluxe tour of Niagara Falls on the New York side in a massive park right by the water and customs bridge. When we arrived we had no idea where to find them and after looking for over 20 minutes and being 10 minutes later than we were supposed to be picked up we found a tour person who could help us. Fortunately the car was stuck on the customs bridge and he was able to tell us where to meet (it was NOT in the PARK!). It was raining off and on and during our tour there was a Tornado that touched down on the New York side of Niagara Falls while we were in the car! Exciting! Great tour, fun location. Get yourself a nice hotel to stay in to make it tops for you.
