The rooms were very spacious, we even got an upgrade with a jacuzzi in the room. The hotel was easy to reach and is in walking distance to Cliffton Hill. Also we visited the AG Restaurant which you can reach directly from the Hotel and it was a wonderful evening with very good food and great wines from the region. The staff was super friendly and helpful and we would visit again any time.

This by far was an amazing hotel! Absolutely spotless and extremely comfortable! I did have makeup stains on my duvet cover but I didn’t use it anyways. Other than that…..it was a perfect night! The bed……omg……like sleeping on a cloud!

Such a characterful property. The tea/ coffee facilities on the ground floor were ideal and our welcome goodies an unexpected delight. Bradley was a warm and welcoming host. Of particular note were the superb breakfasts, best we’ve had anywhere. Each morning Bradley served a freshly baked savoury dish, freshly baked cake, lovely mixed fruit and exceptionally good coffee. We are already plotting our return visit.

Clean , fresh smell in rooms and beds , the lady manager was very supportive and pleasant personality. The bath tub was clean and hot water shower was soothing. Coffee was available in the room and air conditioning was good . Restaurants were on walking distance and I got Chinese food delivered to my room . A backyard with chairs to sit and smoke or have breakfast . I recommend a pleasant family stay at reasonable rate .

Breathtaking views!

Breathtaking views! The hotel is within walking distance of the Falls, and crossing over to the Canadian side was extremely easy. If you’ve pre-booked tickets for the river boat, make sure you’re aware of the queues and allow plenty of time. Rain ponchos are provided — and you’ll definitely need them! 🌊.Our only complaint is we didn't have enough time to sight see. We will definitely be back.

My husband, son, and I stayed an overnight for our son's...

My husband, son, and I stayed an overnight for our son's birthday. We went to see a comedian at the Helium comedy club. That was very fun for all!! The next morning we headed over to Delaware Park and the Buffalo zoo. It ended up being the highlight of our trip. The location of the hotel made everything seamless and we can't wait to come back!!

The price was okay the location is excellent it's right next to a major Mall, movie theater, food, Car Wash, it's definitely good area ,but it just was not clean, where it should be. When you walk in it's spacious, I like how when you walk in it's nice and spacious and an awesome water fountain, but even the revolving door is raggedy and then the handicap entrance is raggedy. Bottom line, it just should be kept up much better and it will be awesome place.

Worst Marriott ever poor management, filthy, AC did not work in two rooms . Management non responsive, staff deplorable, hotel under remodel and literally a mess inside and outside. Rooms were not cleaned one single day, had to beg for towels. All consumers AVOID this hotel like the plaque! This is not a Marriott hotel it was sold to another company and it shows everything about this location is deplorable. AVOID this location! Just be sure to read all of the negative reviews already posted by others.

Staff was dishonest and cleanliness was horrid. Our refrigerator was dirty, stuff stuck all over the inside. Staff attempted to steal my daughter's blanket and then lied about. Will never stay there again nor recommend to anyone

All great. Aldi's close by. Also Top's grocery. Lots of restaurants. Just down the road a bit to Our Lady of Victory Bacilica in Lackawanna and the Botanical Gardens almost across from the OLV Bacilica. Quiet. Safe.

Horrible customer service. Dirty rooms. There was alot of bugs in the room, pubic hair, long hair everywhere, smelled of mold and mildew. Shower didn't work properly, toilet wouldn't flush. Charged a much higher rate due to the employees being new and they made the error, in which we were wronged for the mishap. I would never recommend nor stay in the facility again. Horrible customer service

Niagara Falls State Park is short walking distance from the...

Niagara Falls State Park is short walking distance from the hotel, very convenient. Some of the best places to visit for the best view of both US Niagara Falls & Canadian Horse shoe Falls are the Niagara Falls Tower View, View Point, Prospect Point. We also visited the Goat Island and have lunch at the Top of the Falls Restaurant. their Pene salad was very good.

This property is a wonderful place to stay in Buffalo. From the moment we arrived, the valet staff and front desk team were welcoming, helpful, and professional. Our room was spotless and cozy—perfect for me and my two teenage grandchildren. Even though the hotel was packed because of college move‑in week, the service never faltered. Breakfast was absolutely yummy, and the whole stay felt easy and enjoyable. We’ll be back for sure.
