This place is just amazing, not only the house but overall place. The staff is friendly, helpful, and communicative. This is a ranch with animals that kids (and adults) can visit and pet. Owners were so kind that they introduced us to baby goats, explained how to behave around them, and let us go into the fenced area. At the reception area, they have an engaging souvenir store and breakfast area where everyone can find something for themself (super happy for gluten-free options). Everywhere can be sensed amazing feeling for interior and landscape design - everything is done with perfection and attention to detail. We all loved the pool area - they have several saunas, a unique outdoor pool with (heated/cooled) resting pavilions, a jacuzzi, a grill with tables, and a fire pit area. It was made very thoughtful. I wish we could have stayed longer.

The only motel between Hanksville and Torrey. Although expensive (I paid 165 USD per night for two people), still liked it very much because of the friendliness and helpfulness of the person at the front desk (thank you, Dakota, for all the information) and because the motel was in good order, clean, comfortable, quiet. It was great to get a breakfast in such a remote place. Some previous reviews here that breakfast is not adequate, are simply not true. There was enough food for everyone. And the surrounding area is great! Go and find Long Dong Silver and Moonscape Overlook and Swing Arm City!

Located on the edge of Capitol Reef National Park, this hotel offers open views of towering red mountains and cliffs. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

Great location to visit the National Park. Large cosy room with massive comfy beds. Great shower. Beautiful, inviting lobby area with spotless toilets. As a tea-loving Irish woman, the kettle in the lobby was much appreciated!

The staff member who checked us in was so wonderful, and we really appreciated the recommendation for Chak Balam after a very hungry couple of hours.

Muddy Creek Mining Company features rooms in Hanksville. There is a private entrance at the holiday home for the convenience of those who stay.
