This property completely exceeded my expectations! It was beautifully decorated with such thoughtful touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. The customer service was outstanding and every staff member was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The entire place was spotless, and they went above and beyond by providing extras I didn’t even know I needed like hats and sunglasses by the pool and even yoga mats. Every detail was clearly designed with care and comfort in mind. I’m absolutely in love with this property and can’t wait to return!

I loved the location, not in the center, so it was quiet, but still accessible to downtown, and the neighborhood was beautiful. Staff were excellent; Michael was very helpful with recommendations and accommodating/knowledgeable with requests/questions. I enjoyed the breakfast and lounge area; excellent breakfast and lovely place to hang out. The ambiance was fantastic; music, details, and decor all contributed to a comfortable, relaxing, upscale vibe.

Location great with only a short walk to the main street with restaurants and shops, plenty of parking too nearby if no space outside the hotel. Exceeded our expectations, the kitchenette had everything required, bed was comfy, breakfast and coffee was nice on the private gated area which was quiet. Check in was very easy, received a code for the entrance and the room # in advance and could go straight there. Bonus points for there being pool floats available to use and sunscreen if you either forgot to pack it or ran out. We actually changed our plans and stayed an extra night because it was so relaxing here. Would stay again on a future trip.

First the place is just stunning! The staff of front desk was amazing and welcoming! Once we told them it’s our 10 years anniversary. In a matter of second they offered us cava bottle And some bubble bath so we can enjoy the tub at the villa . Every we got offered a complimentary breakfast that was at our door in the morning. Other than that , the view, and the boutique environment is just amazing. The fire pit outside was very nice at the end of the day to have a glass of wine we will definitely be back soon thank you

A cool place to visit but very spread out so without renting...

A cool place to visit but very spread out so without renting a car there is a limited amount to do beyond eating at nice ish restaurants/cafes, pools and cocktails. Restaurants and bars can be fairly expensive downtown. I would recommend visiting but if staying right downtown would recommend maybe 4 days instead of a week. A week was too long for nature lovers downtown since most trails and parks require car rental which we did not get this time. Worth the car rental to get out to Joshua Tree and more in the desert.

The house was wonderful - it was extremely well appointed...

The house was wonderful - it was extremely well appointed with cutlery & crockery for inside and outside eating. There were lots of pots, pans, utensils, glasses, etc for serving big crowds. The linen was of high standard and beds very comfortable. I would bring your own corkscrew/waiters's friend - the one provided was useless and the electric one questionable. For non-American visitors - most local wine is corked and not screw top. The pool & hot tub were perfect - heating worth the cost! We had to get someone out to explain how to heat pool & spa as it seems they can't run concurrently. No written instructions...perhaps something to provide next time? I cannot praise the Vacasa Team enough for their impressive service and assistance - we had a few small problems and someone was on site within 4 hours - very impressive. We would come again. Staff was professional.

Staff was professional. Grounds are kept up and exterior of the buildings and facilities are in good condition and appear to be well managed. Something was clearly missed with respect to a great greeting at checkin and then delivering a handicap room and smoking smell was a real disappointment. It was as if I received the bottom of the barrel.

We were there maybe an hour.

We were there maybe an hour. Smelly, old 0ld carpet, lumpy worn out sofa and bed. Tried two different rooms. Cannot get through to front desk by phone had to traverse the enormous grounds which would be nice but not Ada friendly. Customer service is non existent and front desk not empowered to run a resort and spa (which is what this place is supposed to be).

Cathedral City is an excellent city to stay when you're...

Cathedral City is an excellent city to stay when you're staying in the Coachella valley. It is central to either the East valley or Palm springs area it's clean relatively safe with plenty of restaurants and entertainment nearby. A great choice to stay for either business or pleasure families or traveling alone

Convenient location, stunning views. Front desk staff and wait staff were amazing. We came for a concert at the McClellan Theater, but decided we would come back just for the fun of it. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Really bad customer service was put in a room with no AC...

Really bad customer service was put in a room with no AC working with 115 temp outside it took 3 phone calls and 2 conversations with manager to get moved to another room after we had moved all our belongings had we had to move them back to the car and to our new room in 115 heat. No one checked to see if we were ok in the new room bad hospitality really bad. Bad sewer smell coming from shower I also woke up next morning at 5:30am to find big long worms in the bathroom areas so disgusting. Adobe restaurant had bad service my husband got meal he didn’t order after waiting 1 1/2 hours he just took it. No management at restaurant he was on vacation. Morgan’s good, too overpriced for portions very small don’t go hungry to that restaurant you will leave hungry and broke.

We didn't venture from the house except to the grocery store and Wendy's, both of which were close by. Our standard - on-the-way-home breakfast spot is The Broken Yolk Cafe and it was about 5 minutes away. The house is in a nice neighborhood - very quiet and well maintained.

I stayed there all the time however on this occasion I needed to cancel wasn't able to and booking.com charged me for my reservation anyway even though I didn't stay there with some fine print somewhere along the way very disgusting I wonder what the odds are of this getting posted never used booking.com again

This property is a total piece of crap.

This property is a total piece of crap. It’s just worn out the doors don’t don’t even fit into the frames bugs and including even snakes could actually cross through the front door. They made us do a pretty good job of trying to keep them clean, but to be honest, you can’t clean something that’s 70 years old. It hasn’t been taken care of to make matters worse. The staff is just so underpaid and so under trained they have no idea what they’re doing they and there’s a manager who is so stretched between three properties at the same owns and she doesn’t know where they’re head on or off. It’s just a really really bad situation all the way around I will never ever step for that place again and I don’t and I recommend that no one else does. It’s just disgusting and it’s it’s just a horrible experience. I mean everything about it from start to finish this horrible
