The hotel was brand new and very nicely done. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were nicely appointed and the bed super comfy. We had a king bed room which had a shower but no tub which was great, however if my daughter were still small then we would have needed a tub so heads up if traveling with toddlers - ask ahead! The continental breakfast had a nice variety and was tasty. Definitely would stay here again if visiting the Grand Canyon. Also go see Bearizona just down the road!!! Lots of fun!

Very nice room, spacious and comfortable. The young woman at the reception was very helpful, we asked about where to have dinner and she gave us excellent recommendation with map and instruction how to get there. A good breakfast . The city itself (Williams AZ) is worth visiting, and we would never think about stopping at this city if not the hotel. The location is excellent for travelling to Grand Canyon .

Room was fine, breakfast was "hot" but more continental in nature. Eggs had to be powdered. But was ok for the money. Reasonable drive to Grand Canyon, Petrified Forest, Painted Forest. Pool was above average for other brand hotels we have stayed in recently. Good family food restraurants, Walmart, other retail vendors were available within short drvie

Sheila, one of the owners, was very helpful, and the whole family were polite and considerate. For those going to the Grand Canyon, this is some of the least expensive accommodation within 100 miles. Rooms are basic, but clean, with good bathrooms and microwave and refrig in our room. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others, and would stay there again.

This place was absolutely perfect for a great budget. Staff was super friendly at check in, and the room was very clean and comfy. The bed was wonderful! I booked this hotel last minute as I needed a place to stay not too far from the Grand Canyon and was very satisfied with it. Will recommend it for sure to friends of mine who are planning the same trip. :)

I've stayed at this hotel a couple of times now and its always a good experience. Location wise is in a good location when wanting to visit Sedona and the Grand Canyon in the same trip. I'm not a fan of the breakfast served at the Inn but there are plenty of other options near by. As a plus, there is a Walmart just a cross the street.

Nice little hotel right off the interstate. I enjoyed my 2 night stay and the Grand Canyon was a very easy drive from this location. I would gladly stay here again if I ever found myself in Flagstaff. The breakfast selection was fresh and a great addition for the money. Hotel staff was friendly and helped us make a last minute reservation.

Nice hotel with a good breakfast (standard, but tastes good!) and starts at 6:30 AM which is a huge plus, fast check-in process, friendly staff, good room with all necessary things. Location!!! 1 hour and I'm in the Grand Canyon! Also, I liked Williams - interesting downtown with cool shops and restaurants, main theme - Route 66!

Where else will you find a hotel with its own private forest?!! Recently remodeled in a really beautiful and welcoming way. Our favorite place to stay for access to the Grand Canyon and all the historic and cultural sites in northern Arizona.

Good location for travel to the Grand Canyon, and Williams is a nice little town with a great Route 66 Diner. Its a basic hotel, but we swam in the pool and the receptionist was very helpful with getting our washing dry.

Super nice owner who helped us out when we couldn't make it on time to check in. Williams itself is really worth of checking out, especially if Grand Canyon is your goal and the Hotel was a great choice.

We stayed here for one night after visiting the Grand canyon. The hotel was more than sufficient for our one night's stay. The bed was comfortable. In the small town everything is close.

The fact that Grand Canyon Railway & Hotel was an easy access to train for Grand Canyon travel trip. It was also convenient to spend time on Route 66.

You can’t beat the location or the value of the Grand Canyon Hotel and what can I say about staff that cleans all the snow off of your car?!

Only about 1 hour away from Grand Canyon and therefore more affordable like other hotels in Williams.
