They enjoyed having breakfast on the ocean-view balcony. They did not rent a car in Maui, so the private shuttle service was ideal! They also enjoyed the pool and cabanas. They also enjoyed mocktails at The Birdcage Bar and a three-course dinner at The Restaurant on their last day on the island. Initially, they checked out of Hotel Wailea after three nights to stay in another hotel to explore the west side of the island, but they didn't like it and returned to Hotel Wailea for the rest of their time on the island.

The apartment was a great size and very clean and the decor was perfect. It was in a great location and we could get to all parts of the island within 40 minutes or so. The apartment was close to Kappa which had good restaurants and shopping and everything you needed but was nice and quiet and away from major streets and noise. The sound of the waves were spectacular and the bed nice and comfortable! We had everything we needed in the apartment including cooler bags, beach chairs and lots of towels.
