We stay here all the time. We prefer a family owned business as opposed to a corporate facility. Small motel very close to Knotts and stores. This is not a fancy motel with breakfast or coffee. This is however extremely quiet and the room is super clean and beds/pillows are very comfortable. We ran into a problem as the I15 was shut down for many hours and for a very nominal fee, we were allowed to stay until about 7pm. Extremely accommodating!! We love that the maids are not banging on our door early in the morning. Thats huge for us. We love the family too. Very very nice. We've stayed 4 times as we come for Knotts Scary Farm.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The staff is incredibly welcoming and attentive, we truly felt at home during our 15-day stay. Everything was spotless, and the grab-and-go breakfast was fantastic, especially the pancakes, which we enjoyed on the beautiful sunny terrace. The location is perfect, with plenty to do and explore in the surrounding area. We also appreciated the outdoor shower, which was perfect after returning from the beach. Great wifi to work! Starbucks a few blocks from there! Highly recommend!

Disneyland was great but the walk to get there I was...

Disneyland was great but the walk to get there I was hurrassed by the homeless people asking questions and generally it was frightening. I am an older woman of 60 and frankly it scarred me to have to walk even across the street to get there. I will choose a different Disney location next time I go on a Disney Vacation. California clearly has issues with how to take care of its homeless population. I saw human fecies on the ground next to the side walk coming into the Disneyland location and several homeless called out to people walking past. Disney needs security out side its park for three blocks in every direction and to have them start work at 6 AM as well as a crew to clean up human waist around the area for us to not see this terrible issue least an hour before their security opens would be the best way for us to not be effected by this issue.

They have Roaches!!!!!

They have Roaches!!!!! And staff is nice in person but when you have a problem they will avoid you!!! Dont stay here! The pics are not true to stay... the rooms smell old and they dont clean properly upon arrival. Bathroom door didnt shut properly and bathroom facet and shower had leak...worst pick I ever made...!!!!

Beautiful beach.

Beautiful beach. A typical coastal town with vibrant art scene, dreamy views, fun shops and great food. The only problem is it gets overcrowded because it's too small for all the visitors it attracts. But still, great place to visit.

Huntington Beach town has many bars and restaurants, and there are always lots of people walking around downtown and on the pier and on the beach. So it's a pretty lively scene. We tend to favor places with natural beauty - and we found it at the Bolsa Chica Ecological Preserve, just up the road from HB. A beautiful bird refuge right by the ocean.

Clean city exuding decent vibes from the middle and/or upper economic strata. The stay at the Hyatt Regency felt like an exclusive "country club" experience. It's near an excellent Civic Center multi purpose hall and library that seemed top notch. The Back Bay waters behind the Hyatt was teeming with fish that were jumping out of the water as if frolicking with the festive celebrations on the beach.

We love the san clemente beach trail, you can start at the pier and go for a long walk or a short walk and finish off with some food from the shops across from the pier and then hang out at the beach for awhile. If you're there when the trolley is running you can take it for free to more shopping and more restaurants, or even to the outlets. It's really great because you can keep your car parked at your hotel and the trolley will probably get you where you need to go.

We had a reunion in Huntington Beach and it was the closest Hilton owned hotel to our venue. I chose it because I am a Hilton member. Costa Mesa is a nice town close to many beaches and has great weather. Recommend Stonefire ,Grill restaurant.

Irvine is good starting point for an Orange County vacation. Irvine has Great Park, Irvine Spectrum (an outdoor mall with good food places to eat)., and the gateway to other Orange County attractions: Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, San Juan Capistrano.

It was easy to get around in Dana Point.

It was easy to get around in Dana Point. The restaurants were pleasant with good food and friendly staff. I ate at The White Rooster. It was comfortable and it had a pleasant atmosphere. I went to RJ's Cafe for Sunday Brunch. It was busy but worth the wait. I would go back in a heartbeat.

We went to The Summit House for our anninversary dinner - which was amazing!! - and decided to spend the night down there. The next day we had lunch in downtown Fullerton. You can walk it in under an hour. We had a nice time but don't expect a lot to see or do. The best thing about Fullerton are the restaurants.
