Downtown Phoenix has so much life to it, it can be overwhelming. You don't want to miss anything but it's impossible to catch everything. When I go, it's always for a purpose and I pick at least 2 things I want to do outside of what my plans were. Getting around Scottsdale is easy. Very beautiful landscaping, buildings, homes and landscaping made traveling interesting because of all the sites. We stayed at this location because we were traveling to the Salt River which was only 25 mins from where we stayed. We are from Prescott Valley so the stay here definitely made it much easier of a trip. The front desk staff was helpful, but the check in process took longer than it should have. That seemed like a system issue to me. The room was spartan at best. I thought Goodyear was a very nice area to visit. The scenery is beautiful. I was there for Reds Spring Training Games. There is quite a bit of traffic in Goodyear. I-10 is always very busy and gets backed up a certain times of the day. I was only there for 5 days but could have stayed longer - didn't get to see everything but I would highly recommend this area.Guest review byAnonymous
