Location was fantastic. Close proximity to Alamo and the River walk. Beautiful well kept historic hotel.

The breakfasts were great. The staff are all very professional and friendly The neighborhood was great. We really enjoyed being on the Riverwalk.

Upon arrival we were checked in by Carl on the front desk who was super friendly and helpful, he gave us lots of amazing recommendations! The room was spacious, comfortable and felt very luxurious. We treated ourselves to room service a few times and the food was great. All the staff were so friendly and attentive, we did unfortunately have an issue with valet - however Zoe at the front desk immediately solved this for us and couldn’t have been more helpful! All the staff at the front desk were incredible! Such a lovely hotel and amazing experience, we’d absolutely stay here again!

Soft beds. Very comfortable. Also liked the variety of water available in the refill stations.

The room and other facilities of the hotel are clean and tidy. The location is great, near to the tourist attractions. The staff are all kind and accommodating.

The ambience was peaceful as we alighted from the taxi, walking to the front desk, we were greeted with smiling faces from the ladies, especially Kellie, who was on her first day at work. We were given all necessary info especially in regards to breakfast and shuttle. The room was beautiful, airy and very neat. Breakfast was really nice with various options to choose from. We will definitely be coming back here.

It is necessary to fumigate because there was a cockroach in the kitchen of my room (506). Although it is understandable due to the food that is prepared in the room, I consider that it is necessary to fumigate.

Pretty close to key downtown areas, very accessible, and has a private parking section. Rooms are also spacious and cozy, and guests have the freedom to do whatever they want, with limits of what is reasonable.

Most Beautiful hotel ever, what a design

I spent 8 nights at this hotel on a shopping trip to San Antonio from Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The staff were so nice and helped me with a couple of issues while I was there. The room was very comfortable and I had asked for a first floor room and they made that happen. Breakfast every morning was above the 'normal' for a local hotel with scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. I enjoyed staying at the hotel.

Everything! Needed a last minute place to stay, we reserved a room at 23:00 at there was no issue, we checked in briefly before midnight. Parking was included. Room was nice and large and the Texas-shaped waffles from breakfast buffet were amazing! The manager was very nice and came during breakfast to say that they will keep it open as long as the guests need (rather than close at 9am as scheduled), which I find amazing kind. Also the corn man next to this place was a nice food option for the late evening.

Clean and it is in the middle of everything

Location was awsome. So close to all the places we were going to visit. Slept like a baby.
