Great place to stay, very beautiful. A bit pricey. Some Furniture looks a little rough, banged up. Was put off with the tip jars. For the price of staying there, you shouldn't have to tip the staff. Otherwise a great experience.

There is so much to do in Pigeon Forge.The people are so friendly.There is putt putt golf,a lot of different shows to go to. Great restaurants,MARGARITAVILLE Island Hotel is great,plus a lot of stores to walk around,water that goes with the music.Definitely recommend!!

Gatlinburg is a great place for a weekend getaway. The entertainment on the parkway is geared more towards the 21+ crowd. There are mountain coasters, arcades and an indoor putt put for the kid and young at heart.

Cherokee did not disappoint! Everywhere we went we saw elk. Of course, several shops were not open due to off season, but we didn't come to shop. Walking through the town and driving was such a leisure time.

We love visiting Maggie Valley and have done so for years! It has great places to stay, a wide variety of excellent restaurants, and good shopping! There’s so much to do! We love driving up to see the elk! It’s a great place for a getaway!

The hotel is welcoming and comfortable. There are several restaurants within walking distance and shopping just a short drive away. A walking trail is steps from the hotel and you can stretch your legs on the nearby greenway trail.

Whether or not you are taking the Smoky Mountain railway or...

Whether or not you are taking the Smoky Mountain railway or just looking for a nice small town to visit, Bryson City is a great place to get away to. There are quite a few nice shops, restaurants and breweries to visit while you are there. If you are into Christmas, this is definitely the place to go staring in November when the entire town seems to get into the spirit of the holiday.

We came to Townsend this last visit to attend the Heritage...

We came to Townsend this last visit to attend the Heritage Centers Christmas Event. This makes our third year attending the event. While visitingTownsend we had a special dinner one night at the Dancing Bear Lodge, and at a meal at Pleasant Side Brewery. We went over to Pigeon Forge for a little Christmas Shopping day 2 and spent another day in the park. Townsend is a convenient place to stay to all activities we are interested in without the annoying traffic in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg which we typically avoid.

Excellent for being clean. Calm relaxing with creek and fire pit..across street tou have plenty places to eat and fill up with gas ..just few minutes from downtown Cherokee to shop...I would and will be back

We love this area and visit often.

We love this area and visit often. Our main focus is driving the roads but we do like to take time (or a rainy day) to head to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge or Knoxville to check out the tourist attractions. Maryville is wonderfully central to everything that we want to see or do and has a ton of places to eat, stay, get gas, etc.

The deep tub in the bathroom does not fill all the way to the top with hot water . Mid way it’s runs cold. The jets were moldy and not clean . very beautiful place but needs improvement, fireplace also did not work . Not worth the price sorry.
