We had a great stay. The property is very clean and feels new, with a welcoming and friendly staff. The bedroom with living area is well-equipped, including cooking facilities, a 4-burner stove, and a balcony to enjoy the fresh air. Safe parking is available on-site, which was a big plus. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and a really good bakery in the neighbourhood. Would definitely recommend.

The service, the facilities and the staff were A1. I want to mention that on my last day of travel, I had an accident, and luckily it happened close to the hotel. The staff immediately provided me with all the necessary support. They called an ambulance, escorted me to the clinic because they knew I was traveling alone, and stayed with me until I received the necessary medical attention. I will always be grateful for all their support during this difficult time.

The Mexican restaurant at the first floor is impressive. The rooftop bar has great view and I appreciate Rudi’s service and fun conversation - Peña colada is a must-have. Our Butler Leonel was amazing. He never told me no, went way above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. I would send him a pic of where we wanted to spend the day and he would reserve the pool or beach spot with towels and our name and send me back a pic when it was ready. He had food delivered to us on the beach and at the pools when we asked. My wife asked for a magical night in the spa tub on the deck with strawberries, champagne, flower petals, candles, etc. One text and he made it happen. The bartenders at Toro were the best. All 3 of them were great guys, lots of fun, and made the perfect espresso martinis, along with the rest of the drinks. Osvaldo was our favorite guy and took good care of us. We ate at Toro 3 nights in a row. Best steaks and sides, as well as atmosphere and service. Overall, amazing trip with beautiful facilities and so many things to do and choose from.

As residents on the island, we visit the west coast ofter because we love this region. It was our first time in the hotel and we loved it in total. Beautiful surroundings and very well cared for. The room was spacious and comfortable. Cozy beds and pillows and good layout. The bathroom was big and the shower was amazingly good. Very clean and even the bathroom products were good. The restaurant is very good and the service is wonderful. What we like the most is the tranquility. The pool is fabulous and it is in an amazing spot that you can spend the whole day there and then watch the beautiful sunsets of the west coast of Puerto Rico. Really good for a getaway with your partner! We are definitely coming back.

Excellent resort, very big and spacious you never feel crowded, the resort was full and you don't notice. Extremely clean, the staff is always checking and making sure everything is perfect. Love it. They have 2 restaurants and both are very good, the menu is very tasty and there are plenty of options. They offer water sports like kayaks and short trips to Gilligan's Isle which is a lot of fun. If you are into scuba diving, they also offer good services, unfortunately I am not a diver and I didn't want to take any changes, but I hear fantastic things about it. It is a perfect place to rest and recharge. If you have children, this is your place.

We stayed in Miramar neighborhood this time and really enjoyed it. Old Town San Juan was an easy quick ride away and was as nice as ever. We took a cruise from San Juan which is our favorite cruise embarcation port. The T Mobile district is nice. Olimpo Court hotel was very nice and several restaurants nearby were great.

Willemstad was interesting but I wouldn't go again over the holidays. It was just too crowded. Trying to find a place to park when we went to La Reina, a cafe we loved, was very stressful. The most interesting thing is the slavetrade museum. Anyone who visits should visit that museum. It's truly astonishing. It's actually worth going to Willemstad just to see that museum.

The entertainment staff made you feel welcomed. The dining was excellent. Great food and service. We were impressed. Thanks to the staff in the Rose Hall Dining area especially Darren and Trudy Ann. Rooms were kept clean and tidy. We enjoyed the karaoke too.

A relaxed beach town, and major step-off point for trips to Saona Island. The place is buzzing at the start and end of the day when island trips depart and return, but otherwise it's relaxed and friendly. Plenty of places to eat and drink at night. Overall, far more liberty to wander and take trips than if you're stuck at a resort :-)

I prefer Eagle Beach over Palm Beach.

I prefer Eagle Beach over Palm Beach. It more quiet and luxurious beach. The sand was fine with a golden hue. The chairs are much more accessible and the local eateries are easier to book around Eagle Beach. In contrast, Palm Beach was very rocky and much more active being along the larger hotel chains.

The beaches are fantastic and the drives around the area are beautiful. We found the restaurant options limited, but maybe we just did not explore adequately. El Limón nice, but it is very muddy and very slippery. Make sure you have very good hiking shoes and are ready for a legitimate hike. People who took horses there looked miserable and did the horses. If you do it do not take a guided trip. I would just go on your own. The beaches are beautiful. Be careful driving onto the Semana Peninsula, we got hit by a speed trap and had to pay $80 on the spot or go to jail. It was a scam but really had no way to fight it.

Food was not good.

Food was not good. Service at the Buffet could have been much better. Rooms need attention. Lights need to be brighter, fans need controls, our door lock needed repair to lock. No water pressure in sink. The resort was attractive & kept clean.
