Amazing place. So beautiful big house on top of the hill. From start to finish everything was perfect. The check in process for very smooth and friendly. The views are amazing (from the room and common areas). The furniture and atmosphere around the place is incredible. The room is very well equipped and a lot of attention to detail including for example adapters for different kind of plugs. Breakfast was also excellent. Such an amazing good value for money

Very friendly staff members, peaceful facilities with a top notch breakfast, truly worth the money.
We felt at home, Mr. Ryno picked us up from the bus terminal since we arrived a bit late ☺️☺️. On the day of our departure, one staff member ( we forgot his name, our apologies ☺️) he arranged a taxi for us.
We definitely had a blast. Kudos to the Dias team 🥰🥰🥰

I booked this guesthouse for a one night stop because of the good ratings.
It was a very nice equipped and absolutely clean accommodation with very friendly staff.
I din‘t expect a high quality breakfast because it’s only a small guesthouse but it was excellent and everything was freshly made.

The area was quite and calm. The hostess was friendly and welcoming. And a A+ for cleanness you could smell the antiseptic in the room and that was a bonus the room my fiancé and I stayed at was perfect it was warm and the view was impeccably great.

I don’t know Bloemfontein very well, but my visit was...
I don’t know Bloemfontein very well, but my visit was overall a satisfying travel experience. The people in the town were friendly and welcoming, which made getting around and interacting with locals pleasant. It was also easy to access the main shopping malls, and navigating between key areas was fairly convenient.
However, I did notice that some of the roads could use maintenance, and there were quite a few traffic lights that were not working, which made driving a bit challenging at times. Despite this, the friendliness of the people and the accessibility of the main amenities made the visit enjoyable overall.

It seemed fairly safe and quiet.
It seemed fairly safe and quiet. It was spring break when I was there, not sure how it is during school days. It is an old suburb, and quite close to the CBD and some shopping centers. The e-hailing service, Bolt, is convinient in Bloemfontein.

I can’t think of anything bad to say about the lazy lizard.

The staff are nice, friendly and go out of their way to help.
The perfect place to stay if you are going to watch live rugby or cricket.
The rooms are perfectly clean, and have everything you need in place, cleaned every day.
Would recommend it to anyone whether on holiday or business

The place was excellent.
The place was excellent. Only it was s but too far from town but it was worth the travel. Would 10 out 10 recommend the place to anyone. Side note: please add extra towels for guests who book longer stays: This place is everything and more

Peace, quiet, respected.
Peace, quiet, respected. Help always on the way when you asked. Personal kept me informed if something was wrong. Like the geyser not working they looked for another room to shower. Replace my broken fridge. Love this place ❤️

Cannot give a honest opinion as I was focussed on the task I had gone to attend to. The only comment I can share is that I noticed that people were confident enough to jog, run and walk meaning they felt safe and secure n the area.

When you get in the neighbourhood you might feel you picked...
When you get in the neighbourhood you might feel you picked the wrong spot, but at the end it was not a problem at all, nice friendly neighbourhood and easy to access the rest of Bloemfontein from the area. Nice mall close and fantastic restaurants close by.

While it is not quite the half way mark from PE to Jhb it a...
While it is not quite the half way mark from PE to Jhb it a good place to break your journey as it get most of the journey sorted. The remaining distance to Jhb is not too far and allows you to get in early, its about four an a half hours, without spending most the day on the road .
If you find accommodation in Bloem that is not too far from the N1 it makes getting in and out of Bloem easy.
Depending on which area you stay there are a fair amount of eateries to choose from. We went to the Northriding Mall to eat.
