The staff was very kind, the place is huge so they take you with a golf-cart to the parking and also to the room if you wish. Restaurant is very good, tasty food, fresh and nice. We had a giraffe near our car when we left the place and also in front of the restaurant in the breakfast :) The room was very nice, clean and big with nice balcony and very private.

we had a one bed apartment. it's spacious and clean. if you are planning on cooking there, you might find it a bit lacking but its great if you want to do breakfast only or a light dinner. it also has a nice restaurant on the top floor, very convenient. unbeatable location if you are looking to dine out and do some shopping or go to a show at the sunbet arena, like we did.

It was a Buffet, but excellently prepared each and every food item was amazing, the Chefs were really experienced as well as all the staff. They offered shuttle services and that was so great too, and they offered a really safe and wonderful environment.

It was the perfect place to stay after 30 hours between flight and layover! The place is serene, clean, comfortable and has everything so that as a first day in South Africa was pretty convenient. The restaurant food was good and the cherry on top was the amazing massage at the spa!

Everything was just perfect. They transferred us to their 5 stars facility, D’Oreal at the same cost. Room was great, breakfast was wonderful. Coffee machine and capsules are always at the room. Location is amazing you don’t need to go out. Food court is there.

The weather was ok .and we enjoyed swimming. Everything was perfect 👌 Except the restaurant staff last night we want for dinner .we waited for 25 minutes for menu .Just for the waiter to come and say they are close. Me and my wife left disappointed 😞. Slept hungry.

I liked the Willow Place guest house as it was set in a beautiful garden in a guarded estate. The host was very accommodating in ensuring that we were comfortable . If there was a problem, it was attended to quickly. The English breakfast was good and very filling. The room was clean and comfortable. it was easy to get to Midrand , centurion and Bedfordview.

The receptionist and staff are rude and arrogant.

The receptionist and staff are rude and arrogant. They refuse to issue me with a invoice and claim i must get it from Booking.com. I will not even recommend this property to my enemy. It was my worst experience ever with a Guest House. When i arrived to check in the receptionist was in a big argument with other guests about there booking and it was a total screaming match in front of me. Totally unprofessional !!!!!!!

I loved the guest house, I had booked for 1 night just to check out the place in case the pictures were exaggerating but upon my arrival I had to extend my stay. There is a beautiful garden to unwind and read a book after a long day. It really offers you a home away from home.
