Would have loved it if they had lunch service and a wider variety menu for the evening, When very busy the hotel staff work under pressure and could definitely do with more hands during their busier times or when they are fully booked. The security is very good and make one feel very safe. the hotel is also situated in a good spot central to anywhere you like to go to. In fact I will just call it my second home when I am in Johannesburg.
