Beautiful place with an amazing view of Drakensberg mountain. The hosts Matt and Dale are super friendly and helped us with booking the trip to Sanipass, restaurants and suggestions for Cape Town. The house has a big yard where you can have a walk, breakfast outside or enjoy the sunrise over the dam in front.

Lovely and spacious cottage which was well equipped with all sorts of amenities which made the stay comfortable and cozy in the cold. Lots of "hints" and info, how things work or where something can be found made it easy to find out how everything is working in the accommodation without second guessing. Last but not least, a very friendly and accommodating hostess!

All the animals made the place beautiful to stay. Waking up to feed the chickens and borrowing the dogs for a walk down to the river was wonderful. Virginia and John were great hosts, lots of helpful information, including a hand drawn map for the journey onwards. Highly recommend staying here, wish we could have stayed longer

Stunning location. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with its own supply of wood for the fire. We self-catered for dinner and enjoyed a very cosy evening in a beautiful setting. The welcome tipple was a nice touch. The breakfast was just what we needed before we headed up Sani Pass and across Lesotho. Was an excellent stay.
