The service was exceptional, from pre planning Kudzai was really helpful in facilitating everything including airport transfers for all 12 of us on a golf trip. Mr T (Tinashe) the manager ensured everything was perfect and even helped us plan a bbq before we departed. Got a coutesy visit from the owner and overally the team sold Zimbabwe as an amazing holiday destination for my friends that had visited from Rwanda & Uganda. The hotel is also 4 minutes walk to 2 amazing restaurants.

The place was very clean, its like staying in a penthouse. Communication was instant. Customer service was extremely exceptional. Very peaceful, quiet and secure place. We had a truly wonderful stay at Eastern Road Executive Suites in Harare. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Linda, who was an incredibly friendly and attentive host. She made us feel right at home.
The lady who cleaned our rooms was equally kind and thoughtful — she even offered us some warm tea in the morning and went out of her way to help us with our bags. The hospitality we received throughout our stay was exceptional and genuinely heartwarming.
The environment was clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, a perfect place to relax and feel at ease.
We’re so grateful for the amazing service and will definitely return whenever we’re in Harare again. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed my stay at Sarum Lodge. The room was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I definitely will stay there again and can recommend. The area is quiet and the garden is beautiful. Shops are close by and in walking distance where you can buy your essentials.
