Excellent meals. The waiters were patient explaining the meal to us and they helped us choose from the menu a meal that we both enjoyed. The gentleman at the reception was very welcoming and went an extra mile to let us choose a room from the available options by taking us around the property to enable us to arrive at an informed decision.

The staff were very helpful at the lodge, from lending a plug adapter to early wake-up calls with coffee. There is an honesty bar for drinks and the option for having dinner at the lodge. There was power backup for when the National grid failed.

I really enjoyed my stay at Sarum Lodge. The room was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I definitely will stay there again and can recommend. We had a truly wonderful stay at Eastern Road Executive Suites in Harare. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Linda, who was an incredibly friendly and attentive host. She made us feel right at home. The lady who cleaned our rooms was equally kind and thoughtful — she even offered us some warm tea in the morning and went out of her way to help us with our bags. The hospitality we received throughout our stay was exceptional and genuinely heartwarming. The environment was clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, a perfect place to relax and feel at ease. We’re so grateful for the amazing service and will definitely return whenever we’re in Harare again. Highly recommended!
