The service was exceptional, from pre planning Kudzai was really helpful in facilitating everything including airport transfers for all 12 of us on a golf trip. Mr T (Tinashe) the manager ensured everything was perfect and even helped us plan a bbq before we departed. Got a coutesy visit from the owner and overally the team sold Zimbabwe as an amazing holiday destination for my friends that had visited from Rwanda & Uganda. The hotel is also 4 minutes walk to 2 amazing restaurants.

The place is so beautiful from the gate entrance and it’s quiet. The hotel inside is stunning too, I liked the wall portraits, the restaurant setup and the menu is versatile. My room was very clean and elegant. I definitely recommend it.

There was an extremely generous serving of breakfast, certainly enough to fill you up for the whole day. We also liked the flexibility of the breakfast time, we could tell the host what time we preferred the breakfast, which turned out to be "brunch" during most of our stay. The place is quiet with well tendered gardens and trees. The outside seating spots are excellent. I was most impressed by the decor and artistic flair.

Excellent meals. The waiters were patient explaining the meal to us and they helped us choose from the menu a meal that we both enjoyed. The gentleman at the reception was very welcoming and went an extra mile to let us choose a room from the available options by taking us around the property to enable us to arrive at an informed decision.
