Quietly located 5 km from Adamas Port, the Cycladic-style Theophili features air-conditioned rooms with a balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea or the village of Zephyria. The people were so nice and kind , the place was clean. everything was on point!!

Beautiful table outside in the grass with night lights next to budgies and rabbits that made no noise and had no bad smell, contrary to what other reviews say. Daily cleaning with new towels every day. Responsive host. Good value for money.

Everything was absolutely amazing here, the property was unique and we felt lucky that we had the pleasure to stay here. Everything was perfect, the kids loved the pool, the whole place was spotlessly clean and really well looked after and the host was really helpful and kind. It was stunning and I wish we had booked to stay there for longer.

Natasa and Giota welcomed us warmly, making us feel right at home. As soon as we arrived, we found ourselves in a beautiful Mediterranean garden with carefully chosen plants and lights. Natasa and Giota decided to renovate Grandpa's old farmhouse, creating cozy apartments equipped with every comfort. The project is to offer true Greek hospitality and restore Grandpa's Cycladic orchard, drawing on childhood memories. It's a local project with a vision unlike many others. Giota prepared a list of beaches, restaurants, and places of interest for us to enjoy the island more easily. Furthermore the position of the apartments right in the middle of the island is great to quickly reach all places with a car. We can only hope to return to this beautiful place soon.

The place was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped. Anke was a great host, incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant stay. I’d definitely choose it again!

My fiancee and I had an amazing time on Milos staying at ilocal! The villa itself is great — completely private and secluded and well appointed with everything we needed. We especially appreciated having the hot tub to relax after a long day of exploring on the island. However by far the best part of the experience is having Hari to drive us around Milos for our whole stay. Hari grew up on the island, and took us to so many hidden gems that we would never have found on our own. We learned a lot about the island’s history, what locals like to do there, and saw so much of the island in just a few days. We were able to completely relax during our time on Milos, not having to worry about navigating the (sometimes difficult) roads or having a couple bottles of greek with dinner. I can’t recommend the ilocal project enough if you’re planning a trip to Milos!
