everything was perfect for a (new) family! we traveled with our baby with us for the first time. everything was very well thought. all our needs were taken care of. they even brought us a park-bed and baby bath which made everything more practical. and about the Palm buffet… OMG. THAT WAS AMAZING. every day the varieties got better and better. also our house keeper Akshay was so nice and kept everything clean and ready for us everyday. thaks for this amazing stay!

My husband and I loved our three night stay at Raffles. The hotel is palatial, luxurious and the rooms are large with excellent amenities. We had a lovely room with an ocean view, which was even more stunning during sun set. We were celebrating an anniversary and were treated to a lovely surprise from management, thank you! The resort style pools are amazing and staff are very helpful with ensuring that you enjoy your poolside experience. A special thank you to Muthuai, who assisted us with luggage and helped us become familiar with the room and hotel, and Zach, who ensured a smooth check-in and check-out. Buffet breakfast and lunch provided plenty of variety and beautifully presented. Staff were always helpful and attentive. Looking forward to coming back!

The location is nothing short of amazing - 2 minutes walk from the beach and the jbr (with its restaurants and night life) , 10-15 minutes car ride from the palm, easy access by car/taxi to the highway and wherever you wanna go. Great breakfast. The entire hotel is very clean and well maintained. Great gym, nice spa, awesome pool (they also provide umbrella if you go to the beach) The hotel itself has a couple of restaurants and even a nice dance bar, but the noise isn't bothering the rooms so don't worry

From the moment we arrived at 3AM, we were delighted by the warm welcome of Mr TAREK who helped us settle in within minutes and remained very helpful throughout our stay and in solving any issues that we encountered. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, we had everything we needed. Breakfast and dining were good, pacifio restaurant was great as well. Roof pool is a perfect place to relax. The hotel is exceptional, starting with the looks, staff, facilities, comfort and apartments. We even got a free upgrade to a Two-Bedroom Apartment upon arrival, which was awesome. They got a great pool, bar, jacuzzi and spa on the 8th floor and other sports activities like fitness and squash. The hotel also features a 24/7 groceries shop, restaurant,coffee shop and exchange counter. We would definitely stay here on our next trip.
