The rooftop pool has a beautiful view over lake Como, it is an extraordinary exprerience.

Everything was great and the staff was friendly and professional.

Como Lake Suites was fantastic for my family. Great space for all of us, had everything you could possibly need including the consideration of things like water and Prosecco in the fridge, tea, coffee, spices, balsamic vinegar….really considered. Lovely big bathrooms, huge spaces. It is a terrific location, just 3-4 minutes to the Como ferry, and many restaurants and cafes all around. We also had free breakfast every morning in a nearby cafe which was brilliant. We loved it and will definitely return here

Amazing look, everything is clean.

It’s a lovely apartment right in the heart of the Old Town, just a five-minute walk from the waterfront. The place is impeccably clean, and every detail has been carefully considered and tastefully arranged. It has a wonderful atmosphere throughout - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. Nick, thank you very much for your hospitality!

Perfect location, in the historical center, surrounded by restaurants and shops and walking distance to the port and main attractions. The host was very nice and supportive

Super easy check-in / check-out

We loved the attention to detail put into making us easily navigate the city of Como and its surroundings. When we arrived we found several pamphlets with information about what to visit, where to eat..., along with a binder with detailed bus routes to move from the apartment to the center of the city. Karina House is conveniently located near a supermarket, a pharmacy, a bus stop and several restaurants. We loved our time there and would stay there again if we ever come back to Como.

We stayed in the apartments on site at the hotel. This meant we had the benefit of the extra space including a small sun terrace. The hotel staff were all fabulous and the pool area and bar/restaurant were lovely. We actually didn’t venture into the main building apart from check in as we had everything we needed.

Passalacqua is just flawless. Everything about the property is jaw-dropping - first the lovely lake views, and then the lavish decor. The details are outstanding - from the signature scent to the flowers and Christmas music, a cozy and elegant environment is created, in the form of a true winter wonderland. Every single staff member is very polite and friendly, going out of their way to make your stay perfect. My husband and I, on our honeymoon, received a very warm welcome and even a room upgrade. We were initially thinking of taking the ferry to explore nearby towns, but were so fascinated by Passalacqua that we decided to just spend our three days enjoying the lovely views. Not even the low temperatures deterred us from enjoying our stay thoroughly. We had both the formal dining experience and the bar food, and both were great. Our thanksgiving dinner was particularly flawless, with both great food and an unforgettable reception with live piano music. Breakfast was also unbelievable- Passalacqua has an amazing selection, and the staff is absolutely amazing at making you feel at home. We were constantly asked if we needed anything, and all of our needs were instantly catered to. The spa was also a highlight. We were given an amazing tour of the installations and had a blast at the newly inaugurated indoor pool. Overall, this was a memorable experience and made our honeymoon unforgettable. We sure hope to be back in the future.

the breakfast was delicious but was missing the exceptionnal aspect to it the view and room were absolutely dreamy! loved every aspect of it! A big thank you to Nathan who went above and beyond during our stay and was absolutely delightful
