The owner was great and very accommodating. The breakfast were tasty and made us full. We really enjoyed the cypress bath. Toiletries were all provided. The owner offered to drive me to the supermarket to buy some food. She even drived us to Nasu Highland Park saying it's only a few minutes drive and that day it was really difficult to request a taxi, probably because it snowed. So, it's best to go there with a car to avoid hassles. On the last day, she arranged a courier to send home our luggage.
