The reception staff was very friendly & helpful. There was free WiFi in the main building and the cottage. We stayed only 1 night but we would love to come back and stay longer as the cottage is so big and the resort has several facilities (such as a kids playground) that we didn't have time to enjoy.

We arrived very late at night, and the guy in the reception explained all our needs - including that he ordered food for us and brought a reading lamp. Our toddler could not get enough of the pool, and both my husband and I had fun on the water slide. Tommy who is fluent in English, helped us with checking in, was extremely helpful and kind. When we had a question concerning the outside lights, he quickly responded and came to assist us. A perfect way to end our summer vacation -- cannot wait to go back. Thank you for a wonderful first Glamping experience.
