Staff is stellar-all of them go out of their way to make sure you are well cared for. LOTS of opportunity for socializing but we also had no trouble finding quiet space close to nature. Did the photo shoot with Provoke photography. Ruben the photographer is a magician.

Great location, staff are so lovely and attentive. All areas are really clean and the food in the restaurants has plenty of choice and taste great. Would definitely recommend and stay here again

My family and I are from Hong Kong (China) and we stayed at the Belmond for 5 days. Every morning my sister and I would wake up to the sound of waves and would throw open the blinds to catch the sunrise. It is a pretty magical place. Tea service is at 7 in the morning, so we would enjoy a cup of hot cocoa before heading out to breakfast. The food in the Belmond is excellent, especially breakfast, with a variety of food to choose from. Some of them are traditional Mexican cuisine, while you also get "international" choices such as English breakfast/pancakes and waffles. For lunch/dinner you get to choose between the two restaurants in the resort, which offers international and Mexican cuisine. We usually skipped lunch because we were either not in the resort or were too full from breakfast. If you would prefer some wine/alcohol to go with dinner, please ask for Charlie, the house Sommelier. He gives the best recommendations! However, the best thing about the Belmond by far is the service and the people -hhey are friendly and helpful without being intrusive. We simply went to hospitality and all the activities of the week were arranged for us. Very convenient and efficient. This is one of the best resorts we've been in and we would definitely come and stay again! 这里比布吉、巴厘岛等亚太地区度假胜地不同之处莫过于食物和提供的活动。食物来说，最值得一提是有当地的特产玛雅蜜糖，玛雅巧克力和新鲜的海产。酒店有两家餐厅，并提供普通的西餐，让吃不惯墨西哥食物的老人家有多一个选择。活动就包括攀登玛雅文化遗址、和海豚海狮等海上动物互动、在墨西哥特有的自然”地底河”探险等等，非常有趣更是老少皆宜。酒店方面会帮你安排妥当，非常方便。有机会一定会再来！

Desire Riviera Maya Pearl Resort is located at the edge of Puerto Morelos. Desire Riviera Maya Pearl Resort is only 20 minutes from the Cancun Airport. Small intimate hotel with great staff. Lots of room and lounge chairs or beds to accommodate all. Food was good. Beach was great. Pool was great. Nightlife was good but the entertainment could be a little better.
