The staff was great and responsive, very nice people, but the price paid for the booking was expensive for the service or facility that Gratum has to offer. The beach is dirty, lots of rocks to step and get hurt on, we didn’t even swim or use the beach. The cottage was not directly accessible to the beach. It was not a bad stay but I expected more for the price I paid P8,000 a night family room, it was more like an overnight stay with nothing else to do, I would have been better off staying at a hotel since the beach or resort amenities is not at par. Would not recommend for tourists, this will be an okay stay for the locals. I was embarrassed to bring my family out here with high expectations, I kept apologizing to them.
