Everyone treated us so kindly. Fransico was an amazing bartender and cook. Cafe prices were great and room service only charged us an extra 18% gratuity. This place is very budget friendly. We rented a daybed at the pool through resort pass and it was very cozy. The rooms were very nice. Bed was comfy. Location is great with access to shorline village and the pike outlets. Check out is noon which is so nice when most places are 11am. We were able to sleep in grab, grab breakfast nearby and still get our bags out by noon without being rushed. Again...the staff were great which makes for a pleasant stay.
