"It was our first encounter with Curaçao, so we were on the lookout for the perfect location and base to explore the island. I can immediately say that Blue Bay Beach Resort was, in many ways, the perfect choice for us. We stayed for 2 weeks in one of the beautifully decorated and tidy Xanadu apartments with a view of a private pool, a spacious balcony, and private parking. The location is ideal, just a 4-minute walk from the private beach. The entire crew is friendly and welcoming, but it's the warm personality of owner 'Ravi' that captivated us from the personal welcome. The man has a natural flair for connecting his guests - a delightful mix that spontaneously led to some 'magical' happy hours by the pool. Thank you, Ravi, for this highly appreciated personal touch! Good food across a wide variety of restaurants - far better than other all-inclusive hotels visited in the past. The staff are excellent. In particular, Flavia Pellecchia went above and beyond, and Jahiro at the Mercado restaurant was exceptionally friendly and attentive. Great gym facilities, exercise classes, and instructors - notably the yoga instructor. Location was great - perfect spot for the sunrise, beach was lovely, only ~20mins from the airport but not in the flight path and no airplane noise.
