Apart from the futon bed, which was not comfortable at all, everything else was great. The staff was excellent, the spa facilities were superb and the food was of top quality.

Het Katarino SPA Hotel ligt aan de voet van het Rila-gebergte, op 8 km van het skigebied van Bansko en op 2 km van Razlog. The hotel was amazing they let us have breakfast even when we were earlier from our check in and they found us room so we didn’t have to wait till noon. The spa was very clean also. The hotel provides bus transfer to the ski area which was so convenient for us not to take the car.
