We couldn’t have asked for a better resort to enjoy the beauty of Borneo. The property grounds are lovely and well maintained. The food provided is delicious and plentiful. The staff always greet guests with a smile and are eager to assist them with their activities for the day. The ocean surrounding the resort is absolutely beautiful. They also have a well-maintained jungle pathway that is a must to hike and explore. This is definitely a resort we will return to again.

A beautiful, peaceful setting, the price included buffet breakfast and dinner which were tasty, plentiful and catered for vegetarians. The staff were friendly, special call out for Donny, and professional. The accommodation was spacious and clean. The shuttle service to and from the airport and park was reliable, and there was good wifi in the bar/reception area.

Brunei Darussalam is located on the north coast of Borneo and is a unique kingdom rich in Malay culture, peace, and tranquility. Amazing ! We are in love with Brunei and big part of our impression is after this hotel. The hotel has everything - tennis, ping pong, billiard, bowling, squash, badminton, gym, spa, pools, cinema, great restaurants, tour agencies, all service. Impressive art deco architecture, views. We missed our stay in Shangri- La Rasa Ria, nice room and the view spectacular for sunset, Staffs is friendly and room service is the fastest ❤️

يقع منتجع Shangri-La Tanjung Aru Kota Kinabalu بمواجهة الشاطئ في تانجونج آرو، وعلى بعد 7 كم من مدينة كوتا كينابالو، وهو مكان إقامة فاخر يضم 6 خيارات لتناول الطعام وسبا Chi الحصري ومسبحاً خارجياً مع... Vast breakfast buffet was excellent, but would recommend to go earlier to avoid crowds. Rooms were very spacious and we were celebrating our honeymoon and staff made lovely touches to the room to welcome us! Amazing gym with lots of equipment and tennis and pickle ball courts. Spa was great too.

Excellent place to stay; beautiful quiet setting in nice garden with lovely pool and jacuzzi. Rooms are big, comfortable beds, good shower, clean, coffee/tea making facilities. Breakfast is also good and they bring you for free to town. (About 15 minutes ride). Everybody is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place! Don't stay in central Semporna, this little gem is 1000 times better.
