The hotel accommodated a change in our booking even though they did not need to, they upgraded us to a wonderful suite and they ensured we got a gift cheese board for our anniversary! Just wow! And, it did not hurt that the hotel looks like something out of a fairytale! Could not recommend strongly enough!

Although it's located a bit far from Jasper’s downtown, the peaceful location more than made up for the distance. Perfect for those looking to enjoy nature while still having the comforts of a well-maintained resort. Highly recommend it for a quiet getaway in Jasper National Park!
