The modern and aesthetically pleasing design, clean rooms, hotel room amenities (robe, slippers, coffee machine, teas/coffee etc), hotel room views, excellent breakfast with a range of choice, wonderful spa, convenient location with the train station only a very short walk away and friendly and accommodating staff (a special shout out Alexandra and Fata who were on duty at breakfast time - they were so hospitable and kind to me).

Al Pozz se nachází přímo na promenádě u jezera, jen pár kroků od kotviště lodí a náměstí Piazza Grande v Locarnu. Nabízí nádherný výhled na jezero Maggiore. I was there for a mother and daughter union and we were upgraded to a superior room with balcony with the view of Lake which was amazing. The room was spacious and the beds were comfy. There was a small gardrope and coffee room attached to the room which was so cute and nice. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was nice.
