Amazing staff! Cristina and Carlos had great recommendations and were super helpful in organizing activities (Cocora Valley, coffee plantation, within Salento, private shuttle). Both speak perfect English and Cristina speaks German too. Hotel is less than 10min walking distance from Calle Real and has at the same time an amazing view. Rooms very nicely decorated, looks better than in the pictures.

The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed the restaurant—absolutely wonderful food and such great local Colombian cuisine. The spa services were really top notch-lovely setting in a private outdoor cabana. The massage was amazing!
