The service from the restaurant staff was great. We really enjoyed our room. The Nile view from the restaurant it's beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel.

I felt at home, safe and comfortable in the environment around me and thought that both the interior, views and products, such as the massages and the pools were exceptional. There are far too many people to thank, so this is a huge shout-out to everyone that made my stay so wonderful.

The level of cleanliness is unbelievable and the facility is great. The breath taking from the breakfast lounge is breath taking. The view on the nile and the virgin untouched nature are so beautiful. The wellness offer is one of the best I have seen in the world - though much cheaper than Europe for e.g. but pretty expensive for the Egyptian market.
