Вилла небольшая, новая, чистая, уютная. У нас были номера с балконом и видом на пирамиды . Хорошая мебель, удобные матрасы, качественный ремонт. По вечерам, когда холодно , можно включить обогреватель. Персонал вежливый, помогает во всех вопросах. Нам помогали в первый вечер с заказом ужина. Доставка отличная, пицца,паста и фри вкусные, рекомендую. У нас были сложности с приложением убер, я всегда могла попросить заказать мне такси. В России сейчас нет карт виза и мастер карт, поэтому мне помогли купить билеты в новый музей и на пирамиды🙏 самая большая благодарность менеджеру отеля Мохамеду. Мы с семьей с удовольствием завтракали на крыше с видом на пирамиды, днем грелись на солнышке у бассейна. Вокруг отеля сад и забор. Ощущение, что ты на острове комфорта и безопасности. Я очень долго выбирала отель в Гизе и я точно могу сказать это лучшее место по цене и качеству. на центральной улице очень шумно и грязно, я бы там жить не смогла. Расположен отель очень удачно , советую ехать на новый вход в Пирамиды и начинать со смотровой площадки , а затем спускаться вниз к старому входу и Сфинксу

(still dreaming about the mango juice). The rooms were clean, and the view on the pyramids made everything even more special. The host is truly a sincere, friendly person with a big heart. I could genuinely feel that he treats his guests with the same care as family. Before I arrived in Egypt, he had promptly answered all my questions. He worried that the driver might have trouble finding the place; he even called ahead to confirm the location and waited outside the house for my arrival. As a solo female traveler, this made me feel very safe. The house was fresh, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Since I had to leave early the next morning, the host wanted me to enjoy a great breakfast, so he specially arranged the timing for it. The day before, he even took me to the rooftop to introduce me to the surroundings. The rooftop offered an incredible view of the pyramids—whether at sunset or in the morning, it was an unforgettable sight! The host even accompanied me for dinner and showed me where the shop was. He kindly bought me a bottle of water and provided a heater when I felt cold at night. The next day, the host had to go out, but he still called before and after breakfast to check on me. He even let me store my luggage until the evening, which gave me the opportunity to meet his daughter and have a delightful conversation. I truly felt the warmth and care of this family toward their guests. What touched me the most was when I encountered an untrustworthy taxi driver in Qena who took me to the wrong place and overcharged me. With just one phone call, the host helped me resolve the issue and got me out of that uncomfortable situation. I am truly grateful! It's a pity that I didn’t have more time to stay in Giza and have more conversations with the host to learn more about Egypt. Thank you for everything you did for me. I "REALLY ENJOYED" the stay with you and hope that one day I can do it again. It was a great pleasure meeting you and your family. I definitely recommend this wonderful place to everyone :)

Communication with the owner is at the highest level, the owner tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible and took care of the smallest details. The cleaning staff are friendly so the whole team and their friendly way of communication and respect for the privacy of the guests influence us repeat our wonderful experience again in the future.
