The staff that work there are so friendly and helpful! The accommodations were clean and comfortable. I would have booked more time there had I known how nice it is.

The accommodation provides a kids' club, a 24-hour front desk and currency exchange for guests. Needs updating and generally fixing back to the standard it probably once was. Overall it was good but I wouldn't rate 5* as suggested, there are better 4* places that I've stayed

Set in spacious gardens, the Princesa Playa has an outdoor pool, a hot tub and a children's pool. Tarik was brilliant, he greeted is with smile on check in. There was some mistake and they gave us room with 2 single beds, however Tarik was really helpful and changed our room to what been requested. Brilliant breakfast with a lot of different choices for everyone's tastes. Everyone from the staff was really polite, helpful and smiley. Will be back definitely 🫶🏻🏝️
