Located 2.2 km from Freedom Square, Hotel Avlabari Terrace offers 3-star accommodation in Tbilisi City and features a shared lounge, a terrace and a bar. It was very good. We had separate room and great morning breakfast. It has terrace which you can see river. I will go again.

Breakfast was also the highlight of the stay. Staff was really cooperative, they were well in communication and were super helpful.

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a plunge pool, Centre Apartment Old Tbilisi is set in Tbilisi City. The location was excellent, and the apartment was fully equipped with all the accouterments one needs for breakfast or meals at home, especially for families. The host, Nata, was very helpful and shared insights into Georgia and Tbilisi. The apartment was very clean and located, I think, in the Armenian district of Tbilisi, the Avlabari. Pickup for our various day excursions with local tourist companies were just a few minutes away on foot and proximity to the sights was a definite plus. The corner bakery and small grocery stores/markets nearby also a definite plus.

Room was so cozy.. me and my family loved it. Everything was so clean and tidy. The owner is so friendly and humble. If we visit Georgia again for sure we will book the same place. Ideally situated in the centre of Tbilisi City, Apartment Jafa offers a balcony, air conditioning, free WiFi and flat-screen TV. The apartment is centrally located and walking distance from the major attractions. It is in a safe neighborhood. It is situated in an 18 century heritage building. Everything was very clean with a nice balcony for breakfast. Nana welcomed us with a bottle of wine and a Georgian cheese pie. The fridge was full of breakfast food. Nana was extremely kind and helpful during our stay. Wifi was of good quality as was tv reception. I would strongly recommend staying here.

A 7-minute drive from the city centre, this hotel complex is spread across 5000 m² of spacious, green gardens. Very quite and beautiful place with swimming pool. Rooms clean, with fresh towels and bedding. Breakfast included. We are returned again next day. (room on first day was better, but birds wake me up early morning. Second room was older without fan for hair, but was very quiet and I slept well) Thanks so much I'll be back only to this hotel, if will be in Tbilisi again🥰
