I had mentioned that we chose it for our honeymoon. They sent us a bottle of champagne and a fruit gift. All the staff were very kind. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. The taste of the food delivered by room service was fantastic.

Everything was done with so much intention and care — they truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and looked after. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a welcome drink and surprised with an upgrade to a suite with a hot tub! And that was just the beginning. We were treated to complimentary wine and a free 20-minute couples massage and private hour to use the spa to ourselves. The continental breakfast was delicious, the pool area was pure bliss, and the dinner was absolutely incredible. We loved our stay at Koia and already dreaming of coming back!

We had two rooms during our visit, both of which were impeccably clean, spacious and outfitted with luxurious amenities. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our vacation memorable. George, in particular, was outstanding—constantly checking in on us and offering his assistance with genuine care and hospitality. Housekeeping was exceptional, coming by twice daily to refresh our towels, tidy up and restock the fridge with drinks, plus Nespresso coffee and a great selection of teas. The entertainment at the resort was superb, with engaging performances every evening. We especially enjoyed chatting with Dan after his shows—such a talented and kind performer! There were endless activities for every age group, ensuring the whole family had something fun to enjoy each day. The spa was another highlight. Maria and Magda provided amazing massage treatments that left us feeling totally relaxed and recharged. The services were reasonably priced considering the top-notch quality and professionalism. Dining was a dream—from creative and delicious cocktails to the impressive buffets made with quality ingredients. The à la carte restaurants were intimate and provided truly great meals with attentive service. This resort exceeded all our expectations and we can’t wait to return. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, all-around incredible vacation experience!

The daily room cleaning, handled by ULIANA, was always done at a very high standard — the room was spotless and comfortable throughout our stay. The food was absolutely delicious and varied, offering plenty of choices for every taste. The restaurant staff were also exceptionally attentive, tactful, and hardworking, always greeting us with warm smiles and ensuring that every meal was a pleasant experience. We are leaving with great memories and a heartfelt wish to return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, relaxation, and outstanding service!!!
