Grun was a truly incredible experience, the facilities, food, location, and everything else were incredible. One of the best hotels in Bali for sure.

I especially liked the TOTO bathtub. Before staying at this hotel, I stayed at the Grand Hyatt for two nights. I was there to help my brother from Japan with his trip. The Grand Hyatt certainly had the best facilities, food, room condition, and location. However, the staff's service was not up to par. The staff at Amnaya resort are very friendly and well-trained. For example, after checking in, we were shown to our room. The staff carefully explained the light switches in the room, the tea service, the refrigerator, the balcony, the safe, etc. And at breakfast, the staff carefully explained everything, from seating, menu display, explanation of the food after it was served, to extra coffee. This kind of staff training is a skill that other hotels do not have. It's wonderful. I will book this hotel again next time I stay in Bali.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful, the location was great, and the room was better than the photos, air conditioned and clean and comfortable. The stay was perfect in every way.

I had a very pleasant stay here. The staff were extremely helpful and always ready to assist with a smile, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The ambiance is wonderful – calm, relaxing, and perfect for a holiday. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, giving plenty of room to relax. Most importantly, I feel the stay was absolutely worth the money. Overall, a great value and a place I’d be happy to return to.

Vynikající snídaně a celkově nabídka restaurace cena - výkon vynikající. Personál velmi příjemný. Krásný výhled z balkonu na rýžová pole. Okolí hotelu super - restaurace, obchůdky a kousek k moři. Rozhodně doporučuji. Beautiful hotel design, everything clean, perfectly equipped ( bathrobes, flip flops, towels, hairdryer, complete cosmetics). Beautiful big pool with sunbeds and the possibility to order here all day from the menu. Excellent breakfast and overall the restaurant offer price - performance excellent. Staff very friendly. Beautiful view from the balcony over the rice fields. Surroundings of the hotel super - restaurants, shops and a short walk to the sea. Definitely recommend.

Hezky čistý , trochu špatná lokalita jinak všechno moc hezky , ale když nemáte snídani v ceně bude to stat docela peněz , ja jezdila jist do města
