Before staying at this hotel, I stayed at the Grand Hyatt for two nights. I was there to help my brother from Japan with his trip. The Grand Hyatt certainly had the best facilities, food, room condition, and location. However, the staff's service was not up to par. The staff at Amnaya resort are very friendly and well-trained. For example, after checking in, we were shown to our room. The staff carefully explained the light switches in the room, the tea service, the refrigerator, the balcony, the safe, etc. And at breakfast, the staff carefully explained everything, from seating, menu display, explanation of the food after it was served, to extra coffee. This kind of staff training is a skill that other hotels do not have. It's wonderful. I will book this hotel again next time I stay in Bali.
