Their kindness, attentiveness and warmth are something rare to find. They are always willing to help in a genuine and natural way, never forced. Every small detail of their service was fantastic and made our experience even more special. Without a doubt, the people who work here are the reason we will return. Very nice hotel with lovely stuff, beautiful rooms and tasty breakfast. Hotel is located in a quieter area which we liked a lot. You can rent some scooters and explore the area (rice fields etc...). Just as a site note: For airport drop off we recommend to plan enough time. Traffic in Bali is crazy. It took us about 2h30 and we almost missed our flight.
