Kayumas staff are really heplful and always feels you comfortable. They easily find a solution if you need something. Location is so close to the many restaurants and bars in Seminyak. With a scooter, you can easily reach aroun this area. Rooms are comfortable and large. Pool is nice and enjoying. We moved to Canggu but I wish we had more days at Kayumas.

We loved the location. It is located on a much quieter road than the main road to Batu Balong but still really close to the beach. We stayed in one of the villas with the private pool. It was so amazing that we didn't want to leave. We had room service for our dinners numerous times because it was just so nice. The room was really spacious and the bed was really comfortable. The pool in the private outdoor area was clean and refreshing and the sunken lounge in the room was comfortable and the perfect place to relax and read a book. We also loved the breakfasts. Lots of choices and excellent coffee. The staff were friendly and remembered our names from the start. Our stay was more than just a room to stay, it was a wonderful experience.

We stayed at Renaissance Bali Uluwatu Resort & Spa for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff truly stood out and always smiling, polite, and genuinely helpful. Huge credit to the management for the excellent training and service culture. You can really feel it throughout the resort. I’ve traveled to Bali several times, and I can confidently say this is a hotel I would happily return to. Everything was great, especially the breakfast , plentiful, and with a good variety every morning. The hotel is also well-priced for the quality and experience it offers. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. We were lucky to be on a floor close to the pools and restaurants, which made moving around very easy and meant we hardly needed to use the elevators. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and a hotel I would definitely recommend.
