Room and bathroom was clean and beautiful. Clean and fresh towels everyday. Bad was prepared for a night sleep by staff every evening. Pool was clean and area amazing. Restaurant, food and people were amazing! 15min walk to Ubud centre and a lot of beautiful places. Massage with Dian was very relaxing and great experience. All people there go beyond. I loved the stay!

This resort was far better than I expected! The Report is big, but there were always buggies available to take you around the resort when needed. The room was exceptional! I stayed in a Treehouse Lodge and it was presented extremely well with some really nice personal touches. The staff could not have been any more friendly and helpful and I would 100% stay here again.

El Kastara Resort està situat a Ubud i ofereix allotjament de categoria 4 estrelles amb balcó privat. Aquest hotel, de 4 estrelles, disposa de recepció i servei d'habitacions 24 hores. The Hotel Kastara is really good, staff is always nice and eager to make you feel welcome. Rooms are big and comfortable and the view is amazing in the morning. We booked a tour to see west bali and the guide (Merta) was really friendly and funny, we had a great time. Breakfast is good and you can choose anything from the menu.
