Even the dinner was scrumptious. Local songs and dance were incredible. We even went for a safari ride in the sand dunes. Rooms were well maintained.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at RajBagh by Aaryam in Sawai Madhopur. This place is a true hidden gem that exceeded our expectations in every way—even after staying in several well-known five-star hotels throughout our journey in India. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality, and we were lucky enough to receive a room upgrade. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and offered a stunning view. The bathroom and furniture were luxurious, and the hotel had the best water pressure we encountered during our travels—a small but significant detail that made a big difference. The hotel is located in a peaceful area, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. We loved spending time in the beautiful garden and the clean pool, both of which created a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. Dining at the hotel was another highlight. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant, and every dish was delicious. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even helped us arrange a late evening transfer from the train station, which was a huge relief. For those planning a safari, the starting point is just a five-minute drive away, making this hotel an ideal place to stay. We highly recommend RajBagh by Aaryam to anyone visiting Sawai Madhopur. This was so nice that every evening housekeeping brought fresh masks for the face made out of natural ingredients! There is a shop in the hotel with such beautiful dressed, clothes, jewellery! I really want to thank Ram at the reception as he assisted me with all my requests being very attentive!

Set in Rishīkesh, 9 km from Parmarth Niketan Ashram, Veda5 Ayurveda & Yoga Retreat is a resort that features a garden and a restaurant. This resort offers a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. Gorgeous location, unbelievable stay! Veda5 is an unbelievable retreat in a serene river valley. The food here was AMAZING, and staff were so friendly and welcoming (Arati, Natasha, and Rahul were wonderful!). Wi-Fi was also fine, and readily available, we found our Airtel sim-cards to be fine here. Affordable treatments and amazing daily activities were all enjoyable. We stayed here for four nights but honestly could have spent a week or two here. So peaceful and relaxing after experiencing the busy streets of Delhi and other places in northern India. Make sure you ask for room 18 for the best views of the Himalayan mountains.
