We booked the suite, and it was a very beautiful and comfortable room. The entire resort is thoughtfully designed and aesthetically pleasing. The food was absolutely delicious. During our stay, my child fell sick, and we were quite worried since Pelling is a small place. However, the hotel staff provided exceptional support. They arranged a chauffeur and a car to take us to the pharmacy, completely free of cost. I was truly amazed by their care, support, and outstanding hospitality.

Joy, the manager is a gem of a person. He was always there for help even before we checked in. The location is though 30 mins away from Gangtok, yet it is a personal preference as I prefer the calmness and nature around the hotel than the hustle bustle of Gangtok.Rooms come with balcony and give you awesome views. The hotel staff is very courteous and helpful and will a step further to meet your demands. Excellent property!
