We booked the suite, and it was a very beautiful and comfortable room. The entire resort is thoughtfully designed and aesthetically pleasing. The food was absolutely delicious. During our stay, my child fell sick, and we were quite worried since Pelling is a small place. However, the hotel staff provided exceptional support. They arranged a chauffeur and a car to take us to the pharmacy, completely free of cost. I was truly amazed by their care, support, and outstanding hospitality.

The remoteness of this resort makes it even better as you are away from the crowd & just be yourself. Staff is very helpful & supportive to all your needs. Food was good and well prepared & we got piping hot water for bath (The night we stayed there was heavy rainfall & there was no Power).

The hotel staff is very courteous and helpful and will a step further to meet your demands. Excellent property!

Enigszins uit het centrum van Namchi dus vervoer is handig. Eten was ok, niet goed, niet slecht.
