Lovely staff, excellent food and wine and very generous portions! Don't be fooled by the reduced bar menu. It's a feast! We travelled in the winter so the pool was not open but we will return in summer as it looked stunning! It's an extremely elegant hotel that only opened a year ago. We had our boxer dog with us and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling with their dog. The staff were so friendly and welcomed our dog as if it were a guest!

This is a lovely inn/hotel, well located to visit a number of beautiful towns, including Pienza and Cortona. The place is beautifully, subtly decorated and has a warm, welcoming vibe. Cool design, new, very clean, and well maintained. Nice bathroom products. Stand outs were: the staff! All the staff were terrific, from Paolo who greeted us, to the other front desk staff, to the restaurant staff, morning and night, the chef, and the spa staff Cecilia and Tania. Housekeeping did a great job. (The gentleman with glasses who advised on wine -- a treasure!) The restaurant was exceptional, and a prime reason we'd gladly return to stay. Dinner was casually elegant with the most wonderful food. Breakfast was also delicious. Great massages at the spa. Would recommend the couples massage experience. We enjoyed the small size of the hotel, too. We stayed in winter but I'd love to stay in warm weather when you can use the pool and outdoor sitting areas.

In this establishment, the first thing you notice is the openness towards nature, firstly through the view but also through the products offered by the owner. The restaurant was extremely good. One of the chefs, French, explained to us where the products came from and allowed us to try out some experiments (it was delicious). Let's talk about the breakfast which was very generous. We could ask for hot dishes (scrambled egg, water benedict, etc.) everything was very good. The hospitality of the owner and the booking framework allowed us to have an excellent stay! The place is nestled on top of a mountain and gives us the impression of being totally isolated from the world. This establishment also has a lot of very nice structures, such as a splendid swimming pool, countless terraces, a well-stocked bar, a very nice fireplace area! This place is really very relaxing, perfect for Parisians!
