This is a lovely inn/hotel, well located to visit a number of beautiful towns, including Pienza and Cortona. The place is beautifully, subtly decorated and has a warm, welcoming vibe. Cool design, new, very clean, and well maintained. Nice bathroom products. Stand outs were: the staff! All the staff were terrific, from Paolo who greeted us, to the other front desk staff, to the restaurant staff, morning and night, the chef, and the spa staff Cecilia and Tania. Housekeeping did a great job. (The gentleman with glasses who advised on wine -- a treasure!) The restaurant was exceptional, and a prime reason we'd gladly return to stay. Dinner was casually elegant with the most wonderful food. Breakfast was also delicious. Great massages at the spa. Would recommend the couples massage experience. We enjoyed the small size of the hotel, too. We stayed in winter but I'd love to stay in warm weather when you can use the pool and outdoor sitting areas.

Villa Petriolo located in Cerreto Guidi has four restaurants, fitness centre and a garden. We stayed for two nights and absolutely enjoyed our time there. Our room was spacious and charming. The property is well maintained with plenty of activities. Staff is kind, welcoming and accommodating. We had the best experience at their spa, which is well worth enjoying. Both of the restaurants were amazing, we ate there 3 days in a row! We would love to come back again!
