Beautiful location. Clean and modern rooms and facilities. Good breakfast - choice of eggs or pancakes and buffet with meats, cheeses, pastries. Dinners were very nice at the hotel with a set three course meal. Excellent wines for a good price. Staff were friendly. Good location - halfway between Florence and Pisa. We were able to do day trips to these locations. Still nestled away in Tuscan hills for quiet and peace. Things to be aware of - dirt road leading to the house. Would be difficult to access without a car. Some bugs and things in the room which would be expected for agrotourism. Overall not a major issue.

The rooms and facilities were excellently maintained, the staff were very personable and hospitable, and the location is ideal being minutes from the beach. There is also an on site tennis club offering sessions with experienced coaches. The courts themselves were well looked after and great to play on. Overall I would recommend Tennis Rocchette Resort to anyone, solo travellers, groups, couples, or families looking for a modern, well-run hotel where customer care an attention to detail are top priority.

This is a lovely inn/hotel, well located to visit a number of beautiful towns, including Pienza and Cortona. The place is beautifully, subtly decorated and has a warm, welcoming vibe. Cool design, new, very clean, and well maintained. Nice bathroom products. Stand outs were: the staff! All the staff were terrific, from Paolo who greeted us, to the other front desk staff, to the restaurant staff, morning and night, the chef, and the spa staff Cecilia and Tania. Housekeeping did a great job. (The gentleman with glasses who advised on wine -- a treasure!) The restaurant was exceptional, and a prime reason we'd gladly return to stay. Dinner was casually elegant with the most wonderful food. Breakfast was also delicious. Great massages at the spa. Would recommend the couples massage experience. We enjoyed the small size of the hotel, too. We stayed in winter but I'd love to stay in warm weather when you can use the pool and outdoor sitting areas.

It’s the little touches that really made a difference — like having our beach umbrella and chairs reserved for us each day. The food was very good, the rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and the whole atmosphere was relaxing and well-designed. We had a fantastic time and would love to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway.
