I loved everything about this hotel, the staff at reception are exceptional, warm and professional. We needed to pick some drinks and they arranged for a taxi and guided where to go nearby as opposed to driving to Aqaba CBD. The rooms are spacious, clean and got an upgrade to a seaview room. Magic Bedouin Star has a garden, terrace and BBQ facilities in Wadi Rum. The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. The property is in the middle of Wadi Rum, super silent, calm and with virtual no light pollution. We did the two hours tour of Wadi Rum the morning after and Sultan was a great guide. We also arrived too late for dinner on our first night so go a packed lunch instead

We had a wonderful stay due to the dedicated staff working at this hotel. Mohammed from reception, Ezzaldan from the beach, Rana, Yassa and Doa from the kitchen and the coffee. They have all been wonderful to make our stay one to remember. Also, I have never seen such divers breakfast buffet. Every day there were different options, including a lot of healthy options. Its a pity I have a tiny stomach:) The pools are also huge, whether its crowded or not. There is always place for everybody and enough staff is walking around to support you. Lastly, the spa experience was incredible. Don't miss out on these facilities and massage from Dewi. It was the best I had in years. I almost forgot the wonderful entertainment crew. Loved the Aquagym in the pool and their enthousiasm towards children!!! The distance between the hotel and city centre of Aqaba is also easy 18-minute drive if you want to visit the souks.
