This is my third visit to Al Manara Luxury, and I can confidently say that it remains the best hotel in the Middle East in every sense of the word. From the moment you arrive, you feel that you are in a place where luxury is not just a concept, but a way of life. The services are truly unique and exceptional, and what makes the experience even more special is the staff. Every single team member is always attentive, professional, and welcoming, with genuine smiles that make you feel at home. A special thanks to Ms. Sadeel from the reception team, who was absolutely outstanding, as always. She took exceptional care of us, ensured our comfort throughout the stay, and her warm smile never left her face. She has an incredible ability to make guests feel relaxed, valued, and truly welcomed. I would also like to express my deep appreciation to Mr. Anas Bseiso, Restaurant Manager, who delivered a truly remarkable dining experience. His service was unique and highly professional, and both he and his team demonstrated excellence, attention to detail, and true hospitality. Additionally, my sincere thanks to Mr. Bassem Mhadeitat, the other Restaurant Manager, who welcomed us with wonderful hospitality and a constant, genuine smile that reflected the high standards of the hotel. Al Manara Luxury continues to set the bar extremely high. An unforgettable experience every time, and I am already looking forward to my next visit.

Overlooking the Red Sea, this beach resort offers 5 different dining outlets and an outdoor pool bordering white sandy beaches. Its modern designs add to the tranquillity of the surroundings. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent, especially the service. The staff were all incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would especially like to mention Fatima at the reception. She was extremely polite, helpful, and attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly stood out. Many thanks to Fatima and the entire team for such a great experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

We arrived and decided to move room to the larger house, it was so worth it because the house was beautiful. Ra'ad made sure we were comfortable and gave us a great tour of Wadi Rum, thanks for letting us share meals and evenings with you! We had the best time, and it felt like being with old friends. I will think of drinking tea and smoking with you while I'm bored back in England. Thanks to Manal for the great conversation, plus, the Instagram is popping! Another thanks to Abdullah for the wonderful meals, we are both vegetarian and even though the meat meals looked amazing, we were very satisfied with the vegetarian options. We wanted a real desert experience and this place delivered. The tents were simple but comfortable, with incredible mountain views. Our tour guide showed us beautiful hidden valleys and sand dunes. The hospitality felt genuine and warm — highly recommended

Boy was I glad we did. This is one of our best hotel experiences ever around the world and we travel quite a lot. Shockingly we had the entire resort to ourselves so it felt truly exclusive. The staff were amazing and felt like friends by the time we left. The room was excellent and bed super comfortable. It's in a great central location for exploring Wadi Rum, but also so many nice amenities on site if you just want to hang - rock climbing, pool, gym, archery, pool table, etc. The star gazing was also incredible. Food was tremendous. Even the wifi was really good! Yeah, it's not cheap, but it was by all means worth every penny!
