The hotel is stunning, modern and very beautifully designed. The room was spacious, luxurious and stylish ,the beds were comfortable. The resort's facilities-including the pool area-are excellent. the breakfast buffet was of excellent quality and variety, every thing was delicious. we ordered a dinner from the hotel’s restaurant which was also very dilcious. The hotel’s location is perfect. The staff is FANTASTIC, from the moment we arrived the staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional. Every member of the team was friendly, helpful and polite, they gave us the feeling that our comfort is their priority and they ensured it. I would like to thank each and everyone of them especially z’ekraiat and asem.

We arrived and decided to move room to the larger house, it was so worth it because the house was beautiful. Ra'ad made sure we were comfortable and gave us a great tour of Wadi Rum, thanks for letting us share meals and evenings with you! We had the best time, and it felt like being with old friends. I will think of drinking tea and smoking with you while I'm bored back in England. Thanks to Manal for the great conversation, plus, the Instagram is popping! Another thanks to Abdullah for the wonderful meals, we are both vegetarian and even though the meat meals looked amazing, we were very satisfied with the vegetarian options. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the room was very nice, spacious, and clean. The resort is very nice and had good facilities. Our daughter enjoyed the kids club. The spa experience is above expected, it was very clean and relaxing. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very kind and offered our daughter a decorated pancake :) .... Great experience overall, will visit again.
