Particularly the hosts, but all staff are willing to help all day. From breakfasts, to dropping us off to the slopes and looking after apres. Unrivalled. The Happo-One Winter Resort Kokusai lift 1 is within a minute's stroll. JR Hakuba Station is a 10-minute drive. Everything was fantastic! Beautiful and comfortable bedrooms, living room, bathrooms & kitchen. Nice views, especially from living room. Having in-room laundry was great. No one at reception desk, but the staff we saw (outside or cleaning the room) were super friendly and helpful.

Hakuba Happo-One Ski Resort is also a 13-minute ride away. The staff really nice, so polite, Kind and helpfull. One of them even offer us a ride in his car to the bus station because we were running late and had to walk. Big room with such a view, the spa with sauna an onzen Just amaizing. The location is perfect, Just near skirentals and ski ressort (walking distance) Buffet breakfast with many options. We loved the place and the stuff.

Great indoor onsen on the top floor with a bit of a view through the steamy windows. Lots of night life and restaurants close and walkable.
